  • Ivan Fedotov G | CLB

Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Gets hook in OT loss

Fedotov gave up two goals on only three shots before being replaced by Samuel Ersson to begin the second period in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Stars.

Fedotov had little chance on either puck that beat him, but coach John Tortorella elected to make the switch in the crease. The 28-year-old Fedotov avoided a loss on his ledger when the Flyers forced OT. He hasn't recorded a win since March 1, going 0-4-0 over his last five outings with an .888 save percentage.

  • Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Superb in Saturday's triumph

Shesterkin stopped 36 shots in a 5-3 win over Vancouver on Saturday.

Shesterkin was outstanding despite the Canucks outshooting the Rangers by a 39-12 margin. Vancouver had an 11-1 shot advantage in the first period and peppered the Rangers netminder with 15 pucks in the third frame. Shesterkin snapped his three-game losing skid to improve to 24-25-4 with a 2.81 GAA and a .907 save percentage through 53 starts this season.

  • Canucks' Kevin Lankinen: Struggles in Saturday's loss

Lankinen stopped seven of 11 shots in a 5-3 defeat against the Rangers on Saturday. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.

Lankinen allowed three goals on six shots in a disastrous third period. He finished the game with an ugly .636 save percentage. Lankinen has lost five of his last seven outings to drop to 24-14-8 with a 2.59 GAA and a .901 save percentage through 46 appearances this season.

  • Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Team struggles to provide support

Luukkonen stopped 17 of 20 shots in a 4-1 loss to the Wild on Saturday. The fourth goal was an empty-netter

Luukkonen has been at the mercy of defensive breakdowns by the Sabres, a squad struggling with a 27-35-6 record. The team is 3-7-1 in its past 11, and UPL was between the pipes for all three victories. He's solid, but this situation is horrible for netminders, and Luukkonen will be left holding the proverbial bag most nights. Fantasy managers will likely need to pick another netminder as the season ends -- he's too risky for poolies at this stage.

  • Cam Talbot G | DET

Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Tending twine against Vegas

Talbot will guard the road goal versus the Golden Knights on Saturday, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Talbot has lost playing time since the Red Wings acquired Petr Mrazek at the trade deadline. Talbot will make his first start in five games, though part of his role reduction was his fault for losing his last four outings. The Golden Knights are a formidable opponent, scoring 19 goals in their past six games despite posting only two wins in that span.

  • Senators' Linus Ullmark: Starting in New Jersey

Ullmark will guard the road goal against the Devils on Saturday, according to TSN 1200 Ottawa.

Ullmark has lost his last two outings, allowing eight goals on 44 shots. He has posted a record of 18-13-3 with three shutouts, a 2.80 GAA and a .907 save percentage across 36 appearances this season. New Jersey is tied for 15th in the league with 2.97 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Juuse Saros G | NSH

Predators' Juuse Saros: In goal against Toronto

Saros will start at home versus the Maple Leafs on Saturday.

Saros and Justus Annunen have alternated starts over the last five games, and that trend will likely continue in Sunday's road game versus St. Louis in the second half of Nashville's back-to-back. The 29-year-old Saros has lost his past two outings, allowing six goals on 36 shots. The Maple Leafs have scored 12 goals during the team's three-game winning streak.

  • Joseph Woll G | TOR

Maple Leafs' Joseph Woll: Starting Saturday

Woll will protect the road goal versus the Predators on Saturday, per Maple Leaf Hotstove.

Woll is 4-1-0 over five games in March. While he has a 3.23 GAA and an .899 save percentage over that span, fantasy managers chasing wins won't mind his recent performance. He's got a good chance to keep things going in the right direction against a Nashville team that has gone 0-3-1 over the last four games, scoring just three times in that span.

  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Tending twine Sunday

Vasilevskiy will defend the road net against Vegas on Sunday, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Vasilevskiy will get the second half of Tampa Bay's back-to-back after Brandon Halverson plays in Saturday's road game versus Utah. The 30-year-old Vasilevskiy has a 33-18-3 record with five shutouts, a 2.23 GAA and a .920 save percentage across 54 appearances this season. Vegas sits sixth in the league with 3.32 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Lightning's Jonas Johansson: Not with team on road trip

Johansson returned to Tampa Bay because of a family matter, Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun reports Saturday.

Johansson won't be an option for Saturday's clash in Utah and presumably won't participate in Sunday's game in Vegas. After those road matches, the Lightning will return to Tampa Bay and host the Penguins on Tuesday. The team recalled Brandon Halverson from AHL Syracuse on Saturday to start versus Utah. Johansson has a 7-5-2 record, 3.12 GAA and .896 save percentage in 15 appearances in 2024-25.
