Connor Clifton D | PIT
Penguins' Connor Clifton: Rare goal in shootout loss
Clifton scored a goal and added five hits in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.
Clifton has played in four straight games after getting scratched for 11 of the previous 12 contests. For now, it looks like he has a third-pairing job locked down while Erik Karlsson (lower body) is out. The goal was Clifton's first point in 19 appearances, and he's added 15 shots on net, 80 hits, 31 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a minus-4 rating.

Penguins' Rickard Rakell: Scores in shootout loss
Rakell scored a goal on seven shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.
Rakell had been limited to three helpers over his previous five games. The 32-year-old forward continues to play on the top line, and he's been fairly steady with six points over nine outings in January. He's at seven goals, 19 points, 84 shots on net, 36 hits, 25 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over 27 appearances.

McGroarty (concussion) was activated from injured reserve and assigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Sunday.

McGroarty has amassed four goals and seven points in five AHL outings this season. He also has two goals, one assist, 28 shots on net and 16 hits in 16 NHL appearances during the 2025-26 campaign.

Chandler Stephenson C | SEA
Kraken's Chandler Stephenson: Deposits goal Saturday
Stephenson scored a goal in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Mammoth.
Stephenson has scored in consecutive games. The 31-year-old center continues to offer steady offense in the Kraken's top six -- he hasn't had a point drought longer than two games since he scored Dec. 6 versus the Red wings. Stephenson is at 13 goals, 29 points, 65 shots on net, 33 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating over 45 appearances.

The winger scored just 1:09 into Saturday's game, though the Mammoth bounced back quickly. For the season, Eberle is up to 17 goals, 31 points, 103 shots on net, 34 hits, 24 blocked shots, 16 PIM and a plus-6 rating over 45 outings in a top-line role.

Liam O'Brien LW | UTA
Mammoth's Liam O'Brien: Slumping on offense
O'Brien's point drought is up to 12 games after he was held off the scoresheet in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Kraken.
He has four shots on net, 12 PIM and 35 hits during the slump, which also saw him scratched for four games from Jan. 5-11. O'Brien offers little offense even in the best of times, so he's not going to be a factor in many fantasy formats. For the season, he has three points, 23 shots on net, 29 PIM and 70 hits across 26 outings.

Clayton Keller RW | UTA
Mammoth's Clayton Keller: Puts up pair of helpers
Keller notched two assists and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Kraken.
Keller didn't score, extending his goal drought to eight games, but he was a big part of solidifying this win. He set up Nate Schmidt on the game-winner at 14:30 of the third period and Lawson Crouse just 42 seconds later for an insurance tally. During the goal drought, Keller still has 10 assists, 18 shots on net and a plus-10 rating. The captain is up to 46 points (13 goals, 33 assists), 133 shots on net and a plus-15 rating through 49 appearances.

The 29-year-old is up to four goals, 11 points (two shorthanded), 41 shots on net, 39 blocks, 25 hits, 18 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 48 appearances, mainly in a bottom-six role.
