Hofer is coming off a 31-save effort in Saturday's 5-3 win over Chicago. He has a 22-13-5 record in the 2025-26 campaign with six shutouts, a 2.59 GAA and a .910 save percentage across 44 appearances. Minnesota will be resting Quinn Hughes, Kirill Kaprizov, Matt Boldy, Marcus Foligno, Ryan Hartman, Joel Eriksson Ek, Brock Faber and Mats Zuccarello in Monday's matchup.

Wild's Brock Faber: Won't play Monday

Faber won't play in Monday's game against the Blues due to rest purposes, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Faber has appeared in every game for the Wild this year, but he'll get a night off in the penultimate game of the regular season since Minnesota's playoff seeding is secure. It's not yet clear whether he'll suit up Tuesday against the Ducks, but he should be back in action for the start of the playoffs.

  • Marcus Foligno LW | MIN

Wild's Marcus Foligno: Sitting out Monday

Foligno (rest) won't play against St. Louis on Monday, according to Michael Russo of The Athletic.

Foligno will be out of the lineup for at least one game, but it's unclear if he will play against Anaheim on Tuesday in Minnesota's regular-season finale. He has collected eight goals, 13 points, 65 shots on net, 47 blocked shots and 179 hits through 56 outings this campaign.

  • Ryan Hartman RW | MIN

Wild's Ryan Hartman: Resting versus Blues

Hartman will get the night off against St. Louis on Monday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Hartman has been rolling offensively of late, racking up seven goals and five assists in his last nine contests. After generating just 11 goals last year, the 31-year-old winger got back over the 20-goal threshold in 2025-26, producing 23 tallies and 43 points in 76 regular-season games, including a career-high six power-play goals.

The Wild have clinched a playoff spot and will rest Kaprizov and several other key contributors during the penultimate game of the regular season. The 28-year-old has produced multi-point performances in three of six appearances this month, recording six goals, two assists, five hits and three blocked shots while averaging 20:22 of ice time across that span. Wild's Matt Boldy: Sitting out Monday

Boldy will be rested for Monday's matchup with the Blues, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Boldy joins a lengthy list of Wild players who will be sitting out Monday. With the team heading into a back-to-back, it's possible that the 25-year-old winger misses Tuesday's game against the Ducks as well. If that's the case, Boldy will finish the regular season having set new personal bests in goals (42), points (85) and power-play points (30).
