  • Jacob Fowler G | MON

Canadiens' Jacob Fowler: Strong outing vs. NYI

Fowler stopped 30 of 31 shots in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Islanders.

Fowler delivered a strong showing across the board, with the lone goal he allowed coming midway through the third period when Montreal already had a three-goal lead. Fowler should remain as Montreal's No. 2 option between the pipes, so he's not likely to see action in the regular-season finale at Philadelphia on Tuesday. He owns a 9-6-2 record with a 2.43 GAA and .908 save percentage through 17 appearances this season, which are impressive numbers for a 21-year-old rookie.

  • Stars' Casey DeSmith: Poised to start Monday

DeSmith is expected to defend the road net against Toronto on Monday, per Mark Masters of TSN.

DeSmith has gone 0-4-1 in his last five outings, allowing 12 goals on 121 shots. He has a 14-8-6 record this campaign with one shutout, a 2.34 GAA and a .910 save percentage across 29 appearances. Toronto ranks 16th in the league with 3.08 goals per game this season.

  • Zack Bolduc C | MON

Canadiens' Zachary Bolduc: Two points vs. Islanders

Bolduc scored a goal and added an assist in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Islanders. He also recorded five hits, a blocked shot and a plus-1 rating.

Bolduc was coming off back-to-back healthy scratches, but he returned to the lineup with a strong showing, posting his first multi-point performance since March 26 in a 2-1 win over Columbus. That said, that was also the last time he had recorded a point of any nature, and as a bottom-six forward, Bolduc isn't expected to have a ton of upside in most formats any time soon. He has some appeal in deep leagues that reward physical play, assuming he can stay in the lineup.

  • Predators' Justus Annunen: Set to face Sharks

Annunen was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, Alex Daugherty of The Tennessean reports, indicating he will patrol the home crease against San Jose on Monday.

Annunen will make his second straight start after he stopped 21 shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over Minnesota. He has won his last two outings while allowing only one goal on 65 shots. Annunen has a 10-11-2 record this campaign with one shutout, a 2.70 GAA and a .906 save percentage in 27 appearances. San Jose sits 18th in the league with 3.01 goals per game this season.

  • Rangers' Jonathan Quick: Making last NHL start

Quick was the first goalie off the ice Monday, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports, indicating he'll be between the pipes on the road versus the Panthers.

Quick confirmed after the morning skate that Monday's contest will be his final NHL game, bringing a close to his 19-year career. The veteran netminder won a pair of Stanley Cup championships when he was with the Kings, including being named the 2012 Conn Smythe winner. Overall, Quick will end up appearing in 829 regular-season contests. He has posted a 410-306-90 record, a 2.51 GAA, a .910 save percentage and 65 shutouts in the first 828 games before his final game Monday. Quick also went 49-43 with a 2.31 GAA and .921 save percentage in 92 career playoff outings.

  • Blue Jackets' Adam Fantilli: Lights lamp Sunday

Fantilli scored a goal on four shots in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Bruins.

Fantilli is ending the regular season on a strong note, as he's cracked the scoresheet in three of his last four games while producing four points (two goals, two assists) in that span. The 21-year-old forward will hit the 60-point mark if he cracks the scoresheet in the regular-season finale against the Capitals on Tuesday. Even if he falls short of that milestone, he has posted career-best numbers with 24 goals and a personal-best 35 assists in 81 appearances.

  • Flyers' Nikita Grebenkin: Not close to return

Grebenkin (upper body) isn't close to returning to the lineup, Jonathan Bailey of The Hockey News reported Thursday.

Grebenkin hasn't played since March 21, but the Flyers hope he will be an option for the playoffs should the team secure a spot. He has accounted for four goals, 14 points, 32 shots on net, 17 blocked shots and 86 hits across 55 appearances this season.

  • Lightning's Brandon Hagel: Sitting out Monday

Hagel (lower body) won't play against Detroit on Monday, according to Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site.

Hagel sat out five straight games before scoring a goal in Saturday's 2-1 win over Boston, but it appears the injury is still giving him some trouble. Head coach Jon Cooper hopes to have the 27-year-old forward back in the lineup for Wednesday's regular-season finale against the Rangers. Hagel has generated 74 points, including a career-high 36 goals, across 70 appearances this campaign.

  • Lightning's Zemgus Girgensons: Set to return Monday

Girgensons (undisclosed) will be in the lineup for Monday's game against the Red Wings, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Girgensons missed Saturday's win over Boston for an undisclosed reason, but he'll be back on the ice following a one-game absence. Across five appearances this month, he's recorded a goal, 14 hits, three blocked shots and two PIM while averaging 13:51 of ice time.

  • Jet Greaves G | CLB

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Tagged with loss Sunday

Greaves stopped 19 of 22 shots in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Bruins.

Greaves started on the second leg of this back-to-back set after allowing two goals on 22 shots in a 5-2 win over the Canadiens on Saturday, but he couldn't lead Columbus to victory this time around. Don't be surprised if Greaves also gets the starting nod for the regular-season finale against Washington on Tuesday, though his recent results have been inconsistent at best. Over his last five starts, Greaves has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.81 GAA and an .892 save percentage.
