  • Tyson Kozak C | BUF

Sabres' Tyson Kozak: Garners helper in win

Kozak notched an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

Kozak has filled a part-time role since returning to action March 17 after a six-game absence due to an undisclosed injury. With the helper, he has five points in 44 outings, matching his total from 21 games a year ago. Kozak has tacked on 29 shots on net, 111 hits, 35 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating this season. Given his production and role, he is unlikely to be an everyday player during the Sabres' playoff run.

  • Sabres' Logan Stanley: Dishes two helpers in win

Stanley logged two assists and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

Stanley was a scratch Wednesday versus the Rangers, sitting out for the first time since his March 10 debut with the Sabres. He's earned just four points, all helpers, over 15 contests for his new team, as it appears his goal scoring was left behind in Winnipeg. The defenseman is at 25 points, 93 shots on net, 109 hits, 84 blocked shots, 126 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 74 appearances between the two teams this season.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

Sabres' Josh Norris: Contributes two assists

Norris logged a pair of assists and went plus-3 in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

Norris helped out on a Peyton Krebs goal in the first period as well as the second of Josh Doan's tallies in the third. With a goal and six assists over his last six games, Norris has been a steady contributor from a middle-six role late in the regular season. He's at 32 points, 65 shots on net, 28 PIM, 23 hits, 23 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 42 appearances this season, which is production a little better than his usual on a per-game basis.

  • Sabres' Rasmus Dahlin: Fills empty cage

Dahlin scored an empty-net goal on three shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

Dahlin has two goals and three assists during his four-game point streak. The 25-year-old defenseman is up to 19 goals and 72 points this season, one shy of matching his career high in both categories. He's added 194 shots on net, 67 hits, 79 blocked shots, 74 PIM and a plus-16 rating over 76 appearances. While the drop in physicality isn't great, Dahlin remains a quality source of all-around production and is in his prime years.

  • Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Nabs assist Thursday

Ekman-Larsson notched an assist and 10 PIM in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Islanders.

Ekman-Larsson missed Saturday's game against the Kings but was able to limit his absence to one contest. The 34-year-old has taken a few knocks that he's been able to mostly play through in 2025-26. He's produced 39 points, 106 shots on net, 83 hits, 68 blocked shots, 68 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 75 outings in his most productive campaign since 2018-19 with the Coyotes.

  • Luke Haymes C | TOR

Maple Leafs' Luke Haymes: Picks up assist in NHL debut

Haymes recorded an assist and two hits in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Islanders.

Haymes helped out on Morgan Rielly's third-period tally. This was Haymes' NHL debut after a strong campaign with AHL Toronto, where he has 32 points in 64 appearances. He'll likely get a look in at least one more of the Maple Leafs' last three contests before returning to the Marlies for their playoff run.

  • Maple Leafs' Steven Lorentz: Nets goal in Thursday's loss

Lorentz scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Islanders.

Lorentz has scored twice over the last three games. The 29-year-old is getting a look in a third-line role after the likely season-ending injury Dakota Joshua (upper body) sustained Wednesday versus the Capitals. Lorentz has 17 points, 67 shots on net, 136 hits, 46 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating over 68 outings in a bottom-six role this season.

  • Adam Pelech D | NYI

Islanders' Adam Pelech: Chips in with assist

Pelech logged an assist and four shots on goal in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Maple Leafs.

Pelech has earned four helpers, 28 shots on net, 20 hits, 15 blocked shots and 18 PIM during a 16-game goal drought. He continues to provide steady defense in a top-four role. He's produced 16 points, 118 shots on net, 122 blocked shots, 64 hits, 48 PIM and a plus-4 rating over a career-high 79 games played this season.

  • Devils' Nico Daws: Starter for Sunday

Daws will defend the home crease versus Ottawa on Sunday, according to Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site.

Daws was recalled Friday from AHL Utica, where he was 15-16-8 with a 2.84 GAA and an .891 save percentage across 42 appearances. He won his only start in the NHL this season, stopping 30 shots in 4-1 win over Minnesota.

  • Ondrej Palat LW | NYI

Islanders' Ondrej Palat: Puts up helper Thursday

Palat logged an assist and five hits in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Maple Leafs.

Palat ended a 17-game point drought with the helper. He had 15 shots on net, 24 hits, 13 blocked shots and a minus-11 rating in that span. The winger began his Islanders tenure in a middle-six role, but he's slipped to firmly bottom-six usage during his slump. He has earned 15 points, 83 shots on net, 129 hits, 67 blocked shots and a minus-10 rating over 78 appearances between the Islanders and the Devils this season.
