  • Wild's Tyler Pitlick: Waived by team

Pitlick was placed on waivers by the Wild on Monday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Pitlick's designation for waivers comes as the Wild claimed Robby Fabbri from the Blues in a corresponding move Monday. At this point, Pitlick will likely need an injury or two to pop up among Minnesota's forward group to earn his way back onto the NHL roster.

Oilers' Isaac Howard: Called up by Edmonton

Howard was recalled from AHL Bakersfield on Monday, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports.

  • Red Wings' Erik Gustafsson: Lands on waivers

Gustafsson was placed on waivers Monday, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.

Gustafsson has been a frequent healthy scratch with the Red Wings in the 2025-26 campaign, appearing in only two games. He hasn't earned a point while posting three shots on goal, one blocked shot and two hits during that span. Gustafsson has two goals and 20 points in 22 minor-league outings this season. He could return to AHL Grand Rapids if he clears waivers.

  • Oilers' Josh Samanski: Set for promotion

Samanski is expected to be recalled from AHL Bakersfield on Monday, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports.

Samanski will replace Andrew Mangiapane, who cleared waivers Monday, on the NHL roster. In his five appearances for the Oilers this season, the 23-year-old Samanski has generated two assists, four hits and one shot while averaging 9:21 of ice time.

Wild's Robby Fabbri: Claimed by Minnesota

Fabbri was claimed off waivers by the Wild on Monday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Fabbri was waived by the Blues on Sunday, but he'll find a new home a day later, while Tyler Pitlick was waived by Minnesota in a corresponding move. Over 15 appearances with St. Louis this year, Fabbri has recorded a goal, three assists, 34 hits, 12 PIM and eight blocked shots while averaging 12:36 of ice time.

  • Kraken's Gustav Olofsson: Secures NHL deal

Olofsson inked a one-year contract with Seattle on Monday. He was subsequently placed on waivers for the purpose of reassignment to the minors.

Olofsson has been playing in the minors with the Firebirds on a minor-league deal, generating two goals and 14 assists in 29 games this year. With an NHL deal in hand, the 31-year-old defenseman will now be eligible for a call-up, should the Kraken have need for a blueliner at any point the rest of the way.

  • Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Set to face Dallas

Tolopilo was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports, indicating he will patrol the home crease against the Stars on Monday.

Tolopilo is coming off a 25-save effort in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Winnipeg. He has a 3-3-2 record with a 3.03 GAA and a .908 save percentage in 10 NHL appearances this season. Dallas ranks ninth in the league with 3.32 goals per game during the 2025-26 campaign.

  • Mark Stone RW | LV

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Considered day-to-day

Head coach Bruce Cassidy said Monday that Stone (upper body) is considered day-to-day, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.

Stone suffered an upper-body injury during Sunday's game against Pittsburgh, and it's not yet clear whether he'll be forced to miss additional time. Cassidy said that the Golden Knights will wait before determining Stone's status for Tuesday's game against the Sabres, but Alexander Holtz is a candidate to enter the lineup if Stone is unavailable.

  • Kings' Erik Portillo: Summoned from AHL

Portillo was recalled from AHL Ontario on Monday.

Portillo has a 14-3-1 record with a 2.47 GAA and a .905 save percentage in 20 AHL appearances this season. He could serve as Anton Forsberg's backup in Monday's home matchup against Colorado. According to John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio, Darcy Kuemper has been dealing with an illness.

  • Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Not cleared for contact

Lindgren (undisclosed) remains in a non-contact jersey ahead of Monday's game versus Carolina, Sound of Hockey reports.

Lindgren is poised to miss his third straight game due to his lingering undisclosed injury. Considering the shutdown defender has just one point in his last nine outings, few fantasy managers figure to be impacted by his continued absence. Cale Fleury figures to remain in the lineup with Lindgren on the shelf.
