Woodrum was diagnosed with a torn pectoral muscle, Kareem Copeland of The Washington Post reports.
Woodrum had to leave Thursday's preseason game against the Browns with what initially was deemed a shoulder injury, but an MRI showed otherwise. Coach Jay Gruden said the team would add another quarterback to the roster shortly.

Josh Woodrum: Waived by Browns
Rotowire
Woodrum was waived by the Browns on Thursday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Woodrum spent only four days with the Browns after being claimed Sunday, but the move isn't exactly unexpected as he was the fourth quarterback on the roster. The 24-year-old may not crack a 53-man roster immediately, but should at least end up on someone's practice squad after completing 25-of-36 pass attempts for 321 yards and two touchdowns with the Ravens this preseason.

Browns' Josh Woodrum: Claimed by Browns
Rotowire
Woodrum was claimed by the Browns on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Woodrum shined in the preseason for the Ravens, completing 25 of his 36 attempts for 321 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. He also ran for two touchdowns. Baltimore elected to go with just two quarterbacks, though, and the Browns having just released Brock Osweiler filled the void with Woodrum. He's now the fourth quarterback on Cleveland's roster, so it'll be interesting to see what the Browns' plan is.
