  The Packers waived Galeai (hamstring) from injured reserve Tuesday, per the team's official site. Galeai suffered a hamstring injury back in Week 5 and was placed on injured reserve shortly after. The Packers then designated the 25-year-old to return to their active roster in November, but the team ultimately opted not to elevate Galeai, and he's since been relieved of his duties in Green Bay.

  Galeai (hamstring) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Zach Kruse of USA Today Packers Wire reports. The Packers can move Galeai back onto the active roster at any point over the next three weeks. In the meantime, the linebacker will still be on injured reserve, but Galeai's eligible to practice with his teammates.

  The Packers placed Galeai on the non-football injury list Tuesday due to an unspecified issue, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Galeai didn't appear in any games for Green Bay last season. The team can activate him from the NFI list at any time during training camp, as long as he's returned to full health.
