    Kansas City waived Knox on Tuesday, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports. Last year, Knox went undrafted out of Marshall and spent training camp with the Cowboys, but he was waived at the start of the regular season. The wideout joined Kansas City via a reserve/future contract this offseason, but he couldn't stick around following the conclusion of rookie minicamp.

Knox went undrafted out of Marshall and spent training camp with the Cowboys, but he was unable to stick around. Knox will now work to earn himself a role in the Chiefs' backfield next season.
