    The Jets waived Nasirildeen (neck) from injured reserve Tuesday. Nasirildeen sustained a neck injury during the Hall of Fame game against the Browns in the preseason and was placed on IR on Aug. 7. He was set to miss the entire season, but now that he's been released from the team, the 2021 sixth-round pick could land on another roster once he's fully recovered from his injury.

  • Hamsah Nasirildeen: Gets let go

    Nasirildeen (neck) was waived by the Jets with an injury designation Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Nasirildeen suffered the injury during the Hall of Fame Game on Thursday. Assuming he clears waivers, he'll then revert to IR and be forced to miss the 2023 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.
