Blackhawks' Jason Dickinson: Exits Thursday's practice early
Dickinson left Thursday's practice session early due to an illness, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Dickinson has missed just one game since mid-November, and he's recorded six goals, seven assists, 45 hits, 33 blocked shots and 10 PIM while averaging 15:43 of ice time over 43 appearances this season. The Blackhawks don't resume play until Feb. 26 against the Predators, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Dickinson recover in time to suit up for that matchup.

Blackhawks' Sam Rinzel: Recalled Wednesday
Rinzel was recalled by Chicago on Wednesday.
Wyatt Kaiser (lower body) was put on injured reserve, and Kevin Korchinski was summoned from the minors in corresponding moves. Rinzel has two goals, nine points, 30 PIM, 48 shots, 28 hits and 36 blocks in 31 outings in 2025-26. Rinzel might be in the lineup when Chicago's schedule resumes Feb. 26 in Nashville, especially after Kaiser was placed on IR. However, Korchinski is competing with Rinzel for the same spot.

Blackhawks' Kevin Korchinski: Up from AHL
Korchinski was called up by Chicago on Wednesday.
Korchinski has two goals, 23 points and 46 PIM in 45 outings with AHL Rockford in 2025-26. He also has an assist and two PIM in two appearances with Chicago this season. Wyatt Kaiser (lower body) was put on injured reserve in a corresponding move, so Korchinski might be in Chicago's lineup when its schedule resumes Feb. 26 in Nashville. However, Sam Rinzel was also summoned from the minors Wednesday and might end up in the lineup instead of Korchinski.

Blackhawks' Wyatt Kaiser: Lands on injured reserve
Kaiser (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, retroactive to Feb. 4.
Kaiser suffered a lower-body injury just before the Olympic break, and the Blackhawks announced Tuesday that the 23-year-old won't be available when the team resumes play in late February. While it's not yet clear when he'll be able to return, he'll be eligible to be activated off injured reserve at any point, while Kevin Korchinski and Sam Rinzel were recalled by Chicago on Wednesday.

Blackhawks' Wyatt Kaiser: Won't be ready following break
Kaiser (lower body) won't play against Nashville on Feb. 26, per Tracey Myers of NHL.com on Tuesday.
Kaiser will need additional time following the Olympic break to recover after being injured in a 4-0 loss to Columbus on Feb. 4. He has earned five goals, 12 points, 58 shots on net, 47 blocked shots and 36 hits across 57 appearances this season.

Blackhawks' Roman Kantserov: Reaches 30-goal mark in KHL
Kantserov scored a goal in Metallurg Magnitogorsk's 4-3 shootout win over Salavat Yulaev Ufa on Friday in the KHL.
With the tally, Kantserov reached the 30-goal mark for the season. He's up to 54 points in 50 outings, including four points over his last five games. The Blackhawks prospect continues to impress, and that will likely make Chicago interested in getting him signed to an entry-level deal for 2026-27 and beyond.

Blackhawks' Dominic Toninato: Four points in AHL win
Toninato scored a goal and added three assists in AHL Rockford's 6-2 win over Milwaukee on Saturday.
Toninato has seven points over four outings in February. That's a surge for the forward, who has still been pretty good for the IceHogs with 12 goals and 34 points over 41 outings this season. Toninato could get a call-up later in the season for the Blackhawks if they need to replenish their forward depth.

Blackhawks' Jack Pridham: Racks up three points in OHL win
Pridham scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Kitchener's 4-2 win over Kingston on Friday.
Pridham hit the 70-point mark for the season with this effort. It's taken him just 51 games to get there, and he's surged to the mark with 12 goals and 16 assists over his last 15 outings. He's one of a handful of Blackhawks prospects having a strong 2025-26, and he's doing so on a Kitchener team that could make a deep run in the OHL playoffs.

Blackhawks' Marek Vanacker: Scores twice for Bulldogs
Vanacker scored two goals in OHL Brantford's 5-1 win over Erie on Friday.
Vanacker reached the 100-goal and 200-point milestones in his junior career with this effort. He's taken his game to a new level in 2025-26 with 37 goals (a career high) and 61 points in 45 outings, good for a 1.36 points-per-game pace. The Blackhawks prospect will look for a deep postseason run with Brantford this spring before presumably stepping up to the AHL in 2026-27.

Blackhawks' Jack Pridham: Pots pair Saturday in OHL
Pridham scored two goals in OHL Kitchener's 4-3 loss to Niagara on Saturday.
Pridham is up to 34 goals and 33 assists over 49 appearances this season, surpassing his games-played total from the 2024-25 regular season. The winger has earned 13 goals and 14 helpers during a 13-game point streak. His 67 points have him tied for second in the OHL, and he's also second in goals behind fellow Blackhawks prospect and Brantford forward Marek Vanacker (35).

Blackhawks' Dominic Toninato: Nets both goals in AHL loss
Toninato scored twice in AHL Rockford's 5-2 loss to Iowa on Friday.
Toninato reached the 30-point mark for the third time in the last four AHL campaigns. The 31-year-old forward is at 11 goals, 19 assists and 104 shots on net over 39 appearances, including three goals and a helper over his last four games. If he gets another look with the Blackhawks this season, it'll likely be as a depth forward.

Blackhawks' Sam Rinzel: Sent to minors
Rinzel was reassigned to AHL Rockford on Thursday.
Rinzel potted a goal in his recent three-game stint with Chicago, averaging 22:52 of ice time. Overall, the 21-year-old has two goals, seven assists, 28 hits and 36 blocked shots over 31 NHL appearances this season. Rinzel should be recalled when the NHL returns to action after the Olympic break.

Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Gets no help in Wednesday's loss
Knight stopped 16 of 19 shots in Wednesday's 4-0 loss to Columbus, with the Blue Jackets' final goal getting scored into an empty net.
Chicago apparently got an early start on its Olympic break, as the offense was a no-show in Columbus, and the defense let the Jackets buzz around Knight for most of the game. The 24-year-old netminder has allowed at least three goals in six straight starts, going 2-3-1 over that stretch with a 3.11 GAA and .872 save percentage, and a few weeks off will probably be beneficial for him.

Blackhawks' Colton Dach: Done for game
Dach (undisclosed) won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Blue Jackets.
Dach was ruled out prior to the start of the third period. The 23-year-old forward will get the Olympic break to rest and recover, as the Blackhawks' next game is Feb. 26 versus the Predators.

Blackhawks' Wyatt Kaiser: Departs Wednesday's game
Kaiser sustained a lower-body injury and won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Blue Jackets.
Kaiser put little weight on his left leg after getting tangled up with Zach Werenski in the first period. The 23-year-old Kaiser will have the whole Olympic break to recover, but that may not be enough if further evaluations reveal a significant injury.

Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Starting against Columbus
Knight will defend the road crease against Columbus on Wednesday, Jack Bushman of Chicago Hockey Now reports.
Knight returned to the win column Monday against the Sharks, and he'll draw a third consecutive start during the Blackhawks' final game before the Olympic break. Over 11 starts since the beginning of January, he's gone 6-4-1 with a 2.59 GAA and .906 save percentage. He made a home start against the Blue Jackets on Friday and turned aside 22 of 25 shots (.880 save percentage) in a 4-2 loss.

Blackhawks' Nathan Behm: Shows off playmaking skills
Behm registered five assists in WHL Kamloops' 11-1 win over Victoria on Tuesday.
With the showcase of playmaking, Behm became the third WHL skater to hit 70 points this season. He has 28 goals and 42 assists over 48 appearances, including two goals and eight helpers during a four-game point streak. The Blackhawks prospect has stepped up this season. He has already surpassed the 66 points he had in 59 regular-season outings in 2024-25 before he was selected 66th overall in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.

Blackhawks' Nick Foligno: Slated to play in Columbus
Foligno (undisclosed) is expected to be in the lineup for Wednesday's game in Columbus, CHGO Sports reports.
Foligno has missed back-to-back games after getting hurt Thursday in Pittsburgh, but he'll more than likely avoid missing Chicago's final matchup prior to the Olympic break. The veteran forward has provided two goals, 10 points, 76 hits and a plus-2 rating while averaging 12:55 of ice time through 32 appearances in 2025-26.
