Bohm went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to the Brewers. Bohm had the Phillies' lone run with a solo shot in the second inning off Freddy Peralta. Bohm has gone 2-for-11 with two strikeouts over three games since he returned from a hand injury that cost him a couple of weeks. The third baseman is up to 14 homers, 90 RBI, 60 runs scored, five stolen bases, 44 doubles and a .288/.341/.461 slash line through 134 contests this season.

Bohm is absent from the lineup for Tuesday's game in Milwaukee, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports. Bohm started the first two games for the Phillies after being activated from the 10-day injured list Sunday, but he'll receive some rest Tuesday. Edmundo Sosa -- who is fresh off the IL himself -- will cover third base for Philadelphia in Bohm's stead.

The Phillies reinstated Bohm (hand) from the 10-day injured list. He'll start at third base and bat fifth Sunday against the Mets. Bohm injured his left hand in late August and was placed on the 10-day IL on Sept. 3. He made one rehab appearance on Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday, when he went 2-for-4 with one double. The Phillies evidently saw enough from Bohm on Saturday to bring him back with the big club, and he'll immediately reclaim his spot in the infield rather than being eased back in as the designated hitter.

Bohm (hand) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Bohm has been on the injured list since Sept. 6 due to a strained left hand, though he hasn't played in a game since late August. He'll now head out to the minors to play a few tune-up games, and manager Rob Thomson said that the 28-year-old could return to the Phillies on Monday for the start of their upcoming series in Milwaukee.

The Phillies placed Bohm (hand) on the 10-day injured list Friday, retroactive to Sept. 3, due to a left hand strain. The 28-year-old hasn't seen the field since Aug. 29 due to the injury, and the Phillies finally opted to move him to the injured list after six straight absences. Bohm will be eligible to be reinstated Sept. 13, though it's unclear if he's expected to be healthy by that point. Buddy Kennedy was called up from Triple-A Lehigh Valley in a corresponding move, but it'll likely be a combination of Edmundo Sosa and Kody Clemens that fills in at third base for Philadelphia.
