Goldschmidt went 3-for-4 with a double, a walk, one RBI and one run scored in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Pirates.

Goldschmidt flied out in the first inning but reached base in each of his subsequent plate appearances. So far, he's hitting an impressive .345 with a homer, three RBI and seven runs scored across 33 plate appearances. The veteran seemed to be on the decline after a career-low .716 OPS in 2024, but hitting atop a potent Yankees lineup could make him a bargain this season.

Tellez isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against San Francisco.

The lefty-hitting Tellez will retreat to the bench Saturday as the Mariners prepare to face southpaw Robbie Ray. Donovan Solano will draw a start at first base as a result and bat sixth.

Torkelson went 2-for-4 with a double and a solo home run in Saturday's 7-2 win over the White Sox.

Torkelson has carried over a strong spring training performance into the regular season, as he's now batting .345 with two homers and a 1.127 OPS across eight games. The 25-year-old is seeing regular playing time in the early going, and if he can sustain his hot start, Torkelson could challenge the 31 home runs and 94 RBI he recorded during his breakout 2023 campaign, giving him plenty of fantasy value.

Guerrero went 2-for-3 with a walk in Friday's loss to the Mets.

The Blue Jays managed only four hits in total on the day, with George Springer collecting the other two. Guerrero is still looking for his first homer of 2025 and is batting .267 (8-for-30) with three doubles and three RBI, but the first baseman has reached base in all eight of Toronto's games so far. A breakout performance could come at any time.

Casas went 2-for-5 with two doubles and two runs scored in Friday's 13-9 win over St. Louis.

Casas, who belted his first home run of the season in Thursday's win over Baltimore, followed it up with two more extra-base hits Friday. The first baseman opened the season on a 2-for-21 run, but he appears to have found his swing over the last two games.

Casas went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Thursday's 8-4 win over the Orioles.

Like a few of his teammates, Casas has had a quiet start to the regular season, going 1-for-17 (.059) through his first five games. The first baseman had an encouraging finish to team's seven-game road trip though, with his two-run homer in the seventh inning giving the Red Sox breathing room en route to their first series win of the season. Casas was often given days off against left-handers last season, and he was on the bench for the lone southpaw the team has faced thus far in 2025. He'll look to build off Thursday's contributions in Boston's home opener Friday against St. Louis right-hander Erick Fedde.

Walker went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Thursday's 5-2 win over Minnesota.

Walker had gone just 3-for-24 with no extra-base hits before launching a 402-foot homer off Joe Ryan to lead off the second inning Thursday. The Astros will hope it's the first of many for Walker, who posted an .803 OPS with 26 home runs and 84 RBI in 552 plate appearances with Arizona last season.

Goldschmidt is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks.

It's the first day off this season for Goldschmidt, who had batted leadoff in each of the last four contests. Ben Rice will be at the top of the batting order and playing first base for the Yankees in Thursday's series finale.

Isaac (elbow) is on the 7-day injured list at Double-A Montgomery and could be activated in late April as he builds up his throwing, Sam Dykstra of MLB Pipeline reports.

He underwent a precautionary MRI on his left elbow back in February and was able to get into spring games in early March, but he aggravated the injury and missed the Spring Breakout game and looks like he'll end up missing about six weeks due to the injury if he avoids further setbacks. Isaac has a lot to prove after striking out at a 40.6 percent clip in his first exposure to Double-A pitching as a 20-year-old.

Mountcastle is not in the lineup for Thursday's contest against the Red Sox.

It's a routine day off for Mountcastle, who has now started five of the first seven games for the Orioles this season. Ryan O'Hearn will start at first base and Tyler O'Neill will be the designated hitter in Thursday's series finale.
