Tellez (knee) is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Yankees.

It's no surprise to see Tellez out of the lineup, as he's set to undergo an MRI on his right knee Wednesday. Whether or not he'll be forced to miss an extended period won't become clear until the results of the test are known. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will be the designated hitter Wednesday, with Travis Shaw starting at first base.

Naylor will not start Wednesday's game against lefty Danny Duffy and the Royals.

Naylor has started against each righty Cleveland has faced since he came over in a deadline-day deal with the Padres, but he's been on the bench against both lefties. Expect that platoon setup to continue going forward. Oscar Mercado takes over in left field Wednesday.

O'Hearn is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Indians, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Sitting against a right-handed starting pitcher for the second straight game, O'Hearn seems to have surrendered primary duties at first base to Hunter Dozier. The 27-year-old O'Hearn has gone 1-for-24 at the dish over his last eight games, dropping his season-long slash line to .206/.310/.320.

Olson went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and three strikeouts in a 5-4 loss to the Astros in Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader.

Olson went deep in the third inning, giving the Athletics a 4-0 lead at the time. The first baseman is up to 11 long balls this year to go with 29 RBI and 22 runs scored in 40 games despite his .188/.312/.444 slash line.

Dalbec homered in both ends of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Phillies, going a combined 3-for-6 with a walk and four RBI.

The rookie feasted on the Phillies' setup crew, taking Tommy Hunter deep for a solo shot in the sixth inning of the matinee before launching a two-run shot off David Phelps in the same frame during the nightcap. The latter blast proved to be the game-winner, giving the Red Sox a split in the twin bill. Dalbec has now gone yard in four straight games, the longest homer streak by a rookie in franchise history, and he has five blasts in his first nine MLB games.

Mountcastle went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run Tuesday against the Mets.

Mountcastle smacked his fourth home run of the season, taking Michael Wacha deep in the fourth frame. He's recorded at least one RBI in five of his last six contests and is regularly hitting in the middle of the Orioles' lineup. Mountcastle has had a successful start to his major-league career, racking up a .339/.397/.607 line across 63 plate appearances.

Tellez will undergo an MRI on his right knee Wednesday, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

The 25-year-old began experiencing knee discomfort after stepping on a soft spot around the on-field bullpen, and the MRI will reveal the specifics of the injury. Tellez won't have a return timeline until the MRI results come back, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him receive Wednesday off regardless of the diagnosis.

France went 1-for-4 with a two-run single in a win over the Rangers on Monday.

The trade-deadline acquisition from the Padres came through yet again, delivering the third and fourth RBI of his four-game tenure with the Mariners. France's strong start, which doesn't yet include any extra-base hits but does feature three walks and two runs, supports the notion he should continue to enjoy an everyday role for the balance of the season.

Voit went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, two runs scored and a walk in Monday's 12-7 loss to the Blue Jays.

Voit put the Yankees on the board early with a solo shot in the first inning, giving him 14 on the year. The 29-year-old slugger is up to 29 RBI with a strong .973 OPS across 150 plate appearances this season.

Lowe will serve as the Rays' designated hitter and will bat eighth Monday against the Nationals, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Lowe will be making his third straight start Monday, even those his early returns haven't been promising. Since his Sept. 1 callup, Lowe has gone 0-for-9 with two walks against five strikeouts in three games.
