Vaughn is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Red Sox.

Vaughn will once again be on the bench against a right-handed starting pitcher (Nathan Eovaldi), opening up left field for Leury Garcia. The rookie had picked up starts in four of the White Sox's previous five games, so his playing time at least appears to be trending upward after he had been deployed in more of a part-time role in the first two weeks of the season.

France went 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, an additional run and a walk in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Astros.

Fresh off a walk-off hit Friday, France took Brooks Raley deep in the fifth inning. The 26-year-old is batting .305 and leads the Mariners with a .400 OBP. He has recorded at least one hit in 12 of his 16 games. However, Sunday was only his second game where he didn't strike out in any of his plate appearances.

Abreu went 1-for-3 with a run scored in a 3-2 win over the Red Sox in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader.

Abreu has now hit in two games in a row and scored a run for the first time since April 8. It hasn't been a productive start of the year for the 2020 AL MVP, as he's barely hitting above the Mendoza Line and only has two multi-hit performances in 2021.

Lowe went 1-for-4 with an RBI single and a walk in Sunday's 1-0 extra-inning win over the Orioles.

Lowe came up to bat with two outs and the bases loaded in the 10th inning, and he delivered a single to score Eli White for the game's lone run. The 25-year-old Lowe is now batting .230 with four homers, 16 RBI, seven runs scored and two stolen bases in 16 contests.

Dalbec is out of the lineup for the second game of Sunday's doubleheader with the White Sox, Julian McWilliams of The Boston Globe reports.

Dalbec heads to the bench after he went 2-for-3 with a double in the Red Sox's 3-2 loss earlier in the day to raise his season average to .216. Marwin Gonzalez will replace Dalbec at first base for Game 2.

Voit (knee) is taking groundballs and will start swinging a bat Tuesday, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.

Voit continues inching toward a return from his surgery in late March to repair a partially torn meniscus in his left knee. With the 30-year-old still weeks away from activation and Jay Bruce announcing his retirement Sunday, DJ LeMahieu will continue serving as the Yankees' starting first baseman while Rougned Odor fills in at second base.

Vaughn is out of the lineup for Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader at Boston.

Vaughn is 4-for-25 with 10 strikeouts to open the season and will take a seat for Sunday's matinee. Jake Lamb will receive the start in left field for the White Sox in Game 1.

Naylor is not in the lineup for Sunday's game at Cincinnati.

Naylor has a .255/.286/.340 slash line through 13 games and will take a seat Sunday with lefty Wade Miley starting for the Reds. Franmil Reyes will start in right field since Cleveland won't have a designated hitter in a National League park.

Abreu went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Red Sox.

White Sox manager Tony La Russa switched Abreu (fourth) and Yoan Moncada (third) in the batting order from the spots they held all season, and the move paid off immediately. After Adam Eaton and Moncada walked in the first inning, Abreu plated Eaton with a double and Moncada came in on a groundout. Abreu had gone seven consecutive games without a run batted in.

Olson went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two runs scored in Saturday's 7-0 win over the Tigers.

Olson got the Athletics on the board with a 438-foot shot to right field in the first inning -- one of three long balls Oakland hit off Detroit starter Casey Mize. He is tied for the team lead with three home runs and has also knocked in eight runs. Olson has gone 8-for-20 with all three of his homers over his past six games.
