Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Connects on 17th homer
Olson went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Tuesday in the Athletics' 8-6 win over the Twins.
Any concerns about Olson's ability to hit for power coming off March surgery to repair a broken hamate bone in his right hand have dissipated at this point. Since coming off the injured list in early May, Olson has mashed 17 home runs in just 50 games, putting him on track to surpass his career-high 29 from 2018, when he needed the full 162-game slate to achieve that production.

White Sox's Andrew Vaughn: Shows off power immediately
Vaughn went 4-for-5 with two doubles and a home run for the AZL White Sox on Tuesday.

Astros' Yuli Gurriel: Big night at Coors
Gurriel went 3-for-5 with a double, two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's 9-8 win over the Rockies.

Luke Voit 1B | NYM
Yankees' Luke Voit: Absence expected to be brief
Voit (abdomen) is expected to return for the Yankees' series after the All-Star break, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.
An MRI revealed a slight abdominal strain for the first baseman, sending him to the 10-day injured list, but the timing of the All-Star break means he may wind up missing just six more games. Edwin Encarnacion and DJ LeMahieu are expected to cover first base in his absence, with at-bats opening up for other players at the designated hitter and third base spots.
