Rizzo went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer and three runs scored during Sunday's win over Pittsburgh.

Rizzo is now 9-for-22 with three homers, two doubles, eight RBI and six runs through five games as Chicago's leadoff hitter. The move to the top of the lineup clearly hasn't hindered his long-standing tear, as Rizzo sports a 1.125 OPS with 10 homers, eight doubles, 26 RBI and 26 runs through his past 110 at-bats.

Goldschmidt went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run during Sunday's win over Philadelphia.

Goldschmidt now sports a six-game hitting streak with three homers, three doubles, 10 RBI, six runs and a .429 batting average. He's having another monster fantasy season and doing damage in every stat column. It's still early, but the 29-year-old slugger is flirting with a career year, which is no small feat considering the numbers he's posted in the past.

Goldschmidt is a rare cross-category star and currently owns a .322/.443/.588 slash line with 15 home runs, 55 RBI, 13 stolen bases and 59 runs. With Mike Trout (thumb) injured, Goldschmidt is arguably the most valuable hitter in fantasy baseball.

Abreu went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 5-2 win over Toronto.

The homer was Abreu's first in 22 games. That's a pretty long gap for a player who averaged one long ball every five games entering the 2017 season, but with 11 homers in 66 games, he's not far off the pace. While going homerless for 21 games, Abreu did provide some returns for fantasy owners, hitting .301 (25-for-83) with 13 runs and 13 RBI.

Bour will return to the bench for Saturday's game against the Braves, Craig Davis of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Bour cranked a home run and drew a walk as part of a 1-for-3 night in his return from an ankle injury Friday and his absence from Saturday's lineup was planned as a way to ease him back into action at first base. He also avoids facing the left-handed Jaime Garcia, with Tyler Moore slated to replace him at first base and bat sixth for the Marlins. Bour should rejoin the starting nine Sunday.

The blast was his 17th of the season, and it doesn't seem as though Bour's DL stint has slowed down his momentum at the plate. Given how well Tyler Moore hit in his absence, however, don't be surprised if Bour is on the bench Saturday with Atlanta sending left-hander Jaime Garcia to the mound.

Bell went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a triple, three RBI and two runs during Friday's loss to the Cubs.

It's been an up-and-down sophomore campaign for Bell. He's made the most of his .238 batting average and .319 on-base percentage with a serviceable 12 homers, 30 RBI and 33 runs. Bell has also carved out a role in the heart of the Pittsburgh lineup, so that will help buoy his fantasy value going forward.

Bour (ankle) has been activated from the DL and is in the lineup Friday against the Braves.

As anticipated, Bour will make his return to the Marlins after completing a rehab assignment at High-A Jupiter earlier in the week. Friday will mark Bour's first action since June 4, and the first baseman will look to pick up where he left off after hitting .344 in the month of May. With Bour back in the fold, expect fewer opportunities for Tyler Moore.

Smith, 22, is hitting .316/.367/.463 with seven home runs and 41 RBI through 67 games for Triple-A Las Vegas.

Smith has hit over .300 in each of the past three seasons in the minors, though he does not yet have standout power for a first baseman. With Lucas Duda currently jacking dingers at the big-league level, Smith will remain at Triple-A for the time being. That being said, Duda will be a free agent after this season, so Smith could end up as the starting first baseman for the Mets as early as the beginning of 2018, or even sooner if the team has a fire sale at the trade deadline.

Diaz was placed on the 7-day disabled list for Triple-A Columbus with a right quad strain.

It's unclear how the ailment was incurred, but it seems to explain why Diaz has been held out of action since June 11. The injury comes at a tough time for the infield prospect, as he had been batting .371 over his previous 10 games prior to getting hurt. Southpaw Matt Whitehouse will come up from Double-A Akron and fill his spot on the roster for now.
