Kirilloff (wrist) went 1-for-4 Sunday for Low-A Fort Myers, playing in back-to-back games for the first time this season. His rehab assignment could be transferred to Triple-A St. Paul soon, and he could be activated in about a week, Phil Miller of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

The Twins wanted to see Kirilloff play in consecutive games before taking the next step. It sounds like he may need a few games at Triple-A before the Twins consider activating him to the big-league roster. After undergoing surgery on his wrist in August, Kirilloff's recovery has taken longer than expected this spring.

Steer exited Sunday's game against Philadelphia due to a knee injury, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

Manager David Bell revealed after Sunday's matchup that Steer suffered a knee injury in the eighth inning and landed on it while fielding a grounder in the top of the ninth. The severity of his injury isn't yet clear, but Nick Senzel and Jason Vosler could see additional time at third base if Steer is sidelined.

Steer was removed from Sunday's game against the Phillies in the top of the ninth inning due to an apparent injury, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Steer appeared to hurt himself while fielding a grounder in the top of the ninth, and while the nature of his injury isn't yet clear, he was removed following the play. Prior to his departure, he went 2-for-3 with a run and a walk. Whether he'll be available for Monday's series opener against the Rays remains to be seen.

Dixon was optioned to Triple-A El Paso on Sunday.

The 31-year-old was called up by San Diego last weekend and went 1-for-10 with a run and eight strikeouts in four games. Catcher Brett Sullivan was promoted in a corresponding move, as Luis Campusano (thumb) is banged up.

Rizzo went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-1 victory versus the Twins.

Rizzo extended New York's early lead with a solo shot to right field in the third inning. The long ball was his fourth of the season and his third in his past three games. Rizzo has reached base safely in 13 of the 14 contests in which he has played and is slashing .314/.400/.588 on the campaign.

Noda entered Saturday's loss to the Mets as a pinch hitter in the bottom of the eighth inning and recorded a walk and a stolen base.

Noda took a seat to start the game while mired in a 2-for-16 skid, but he was able to make contributions by drawing a walk for the sixth straight game. The lefty-swinging first baseman has just six hits in his first 44 plate appearances, but he's boasting an impressive .364 on-base percentage thanks largely to his 22.7 percent walk rate.

Naylor is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's tilt against the Nationals.

Naylor will take a seat with southpaw Patrick Corbin on the bump for the Nationals in the series finale. Josh Bell will take over at first with Steven Kwan operating as the designated hitter and Will Brennan lined up in left field.

Torkelson is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Torkelson will get a day of rest Sunday for the series finale against San Francisco. Tyler Nevin will handle first base duties in his absence and hit seventh.

Goldschmidt went 1-for-4 with an RBI, a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 6-3 extra-inning loss to the Pirates.

Goldschmidt saw a six-game hitting streak end Friday, but he bounced back quickly. He also had a bases-loaded walk in the seventh inning to briefly put the Cardinals ahead 3-2. The first baseman is enjoying a productive start to the season, slashing .327/.456/.473 with a home run, two steals, eight RBI and eight runs scored over 15 contests.

Cronenworth went 3-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI and a walk in Saturday's 10-3 win over the Brewers.

Cronenworth tied the game at 2-2 in the first inning with an RBI single off Freddy Peralta, but there were many more offensive fireworks to come from his left-handed bat. He broke a 3-3 tie in the fifth with a two-run shot off Peralta, and he swatted another two-run blast in the seventh off Hoby Milner. A walk with the bases loaded in the eighth made it 10-3 Padres and cemented the blowout. Cronenworth was struggling coming into this game, having gone just 4-for-23 (.174) with one RBI across his previous seven contests.
