Paris went 1-for-2 with a stolen base after entering Saturday's win against the White Sox in the fifth inning for Jo Adell (hip).

Adell grabbed at his left hip after beating out an infield single and was promptly removed from the game. Paris entered and stole second base, though he was left stranded there, and played the rest of the game in center field, where Adell had been stationed. It's unclear if Adell will need to miss more time -- he said after the game that he expects to "be OK," per Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register -- but if he does, Paris could log some starts in the outfield in his place.

Arias entered to play third base after Jose Ramirez (wrist) was removed from Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Royals. He grounded out in his lone at-bat.

Ramirez injured his wrist on an attempted steal in the third inning and eventually left the game in the fifth. Either Arias or Daniel Schneemann can fill in if Ramirez needs a few days off. Arias, who started at second base Opening Day, was on the bench to start Saturday's game while Schneemann handled the keystone.

Chisholm went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run in Saturday's 20-9 victory versus Milwaukee.

The Yankees set a franchise record with nine home runs in the rout, and Chisholm got in on the action with a 442-foot solo blast in the third inning. The veteran slugger slotted into the cleanup spot but mostly came up with the bases empty since Aaron Judge blasted three homers one spot ahead of him in the lineup. Chisholm's big performance followed an 0-for-3, two-strikeout performance in New York's season opener.

Gimenez went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer, walk and strikeout in a 9-5 loss to Baltimore.

After hitting just nine home runs in 2024 over 583 at-bats, the 26-year-old is already up to two homers through three games this year. Gimenez was acquired by Toronto from Cleveland in December and has batted cleanup in the first three games of 2025, so it appears he'll have more RBI potential with his new club.

Campbell started in left field went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double and a walk in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Rangers.

Campbell tied things up for the Red Sox in the fourth inning when he took Jacob Webb deep for a 431-foot solo homer to center. Campbell earned a spot on Boston's Opening Day roster despite struggling in spring training, but he appears to have settled in nicely and has gone 5-for-10 over his first three major-league games. He's made two starts at second base and one start in left field. He'll look to finish the four-game series off strong Sunday against Rangers right-hander Jacob deGrom.

Torres (ribs) is not in the Tigers' starting lineup against the Dodgers on Saturday.

Torres was removed in the sixth inning of Friday's extra-inning loss when he aggravated a rib injury after hitting a home run in the third frame. The injury doesn't appear to be severe enough for him to warrant a stint on the IL, but he'll sit out of Saturday's contest ahead of Monday's series opener against the Mariners. Colt Keith will start at the keystone and bat fifth against Dodgers right-hander Roki Sasaki.

Rodgers isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Mets, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Rodgers is 0-for-6 with a walk and two strikeouts through two games this season. The Astros will give him a chance to regroup Saturday while Mauricio Dubon starts at the keystone and bats eighth.

Arias isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game versus Kansas City.

Arias went 1-for-4 with a run scored during the Guardians' season opener Thursday, but the team will send Daniel Schneemann to the keystone for the second game of the year.

Torres aggravated a rib injury during Friday's game against the Dodgers, Jeff Seidel of The Detroit Free Press reports.

Torres was grabbing at his left side after hitting a home run in the third inning Friday. He remained in the game for a few additional innings but was eventually removed in the sixth, though the team said after the game that his removal was precautionary due to a rib injury that he's been fighting recently. The Tigers may continue to take a cautious approach and keep Torres out for a game or two, though a trip to the IL doesn't seem imminent.

Torres was removed from Friday's game against the Dodgers due to an apparent side injury, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.

Torres hit a solo home run in the third inning of Friday's contest but was grabbing at his left side while rounding the bases. He remained in the game for a bit longer but was eventually replaced at second base in the sixth frame. The fact that he was able to stay in the game after initially displaying discomfort may be a good sign that his injury is minor, but the Tigers should provide more details on his status in the near future.
