Rojas is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Guardians.

The Mariners are going with a right-handed-heavy lineup to counter southpaw Logan Allen, so Rojas will retreat to the bench along with Dominic Canzone. Dylan Moore will replace Canzone in left field, while Luis Urias spells Rojas at third base.

Rengifo is starting at third base and batting leadoff in Wednesday's game against the Marlins.

It's just the second start for Rengifo in the Angels' first six games, although he has also entered two additional contests off the bench. Rengifo is filling in for Anthony Rendon at the hot corner.

Altuve went 2-for-3 with a double and a solo home run in Tuesday's loss to the Blue Jays.

Altuve was responsible for the Astros' lone run in a pitchers' duel Tuesday, leading off the fourth inning with a solo shot off Jose Berrios to give Houston a 1-0 lead. Altuve has hits in six straight games to start the season, going 9-for-25 with two homers, five extra-base hits and five runs scored. The veteran second baseman slashed .311/.393/.522 last year with 17 homers, 51 RBI and 14 stolen bases.

Schneider went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 2-1 victory over the Astros.

Schneider was the hero in Toronto's dramatic victory over Houston, launching a two-run, 423-foot homer off Josh Hader to put the Blue Jays ahead 2-1 with two outs in the ninth inning. Schneider now has two hits, both home runs, in his first two starts this season. While he's primarily come off the bench early this year, Schneider's defensive versatility can earn him more of a regular role if he keeps swinging a hot bat. He slashed .276/.404/.603 with eight homers in 116 at-bats as a rookie last season.

Biggio isn't in the Blue Jays' lineup Tuesday against the Astros.

The lefty-hitting Biggio will step out of the lineup Tuesday with southpaw Framber Valdez starting on the mound for Houston. Isiah Kiner-Falefa will slide over to second base while Biggio rests, allowing Ernie Clement to start at third and bat seventh.

The Rangers called up Foscue from Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday, Jeff Wilson of RangersToday.comreports.

The 24-year-old missed out on Texas' Opening Day roster but will join the club less than a week into the regular season since Josh Jung is headed to the injured list with a fractured wrist. Foscue isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game in Tampa Bay but should soon make his MLB debut, and he could be in store for at least semi-regular playing time in the corner infield spots with Jung and Nathaniel Lowe (oblique) sidelined.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Orioles.

Frazier went 3-for-11 with two RBI while starting the first four games of the season, but he'll take a seat Tuesday as lefty Cole Irvin pitches for Baltimore. Nick Loftin will man the keystone and bat ninth.

Lowe is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers.

The Rangers are throwing southpaw Andrew Heaney, so the left-handed hitting Lowe will take a seat. He's been on the bench both times the Rays have faced a lefty in the early going. Curtis Mead will be at second base Tuesday.

Westburg went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 6-4 win over the Royals.

Westburg took Royals reliever Nick Anderson deep for the walk-off blast after Kansas City tied the game in the top of the ninth. Westburg's playing time has been one of the more interesting aspects of the Orioles' season so far. He appears to be the top option at second base versus right-handed pitchers, and he's also sharing third base with Ramon Urias versus left-handers. Westburg has gone 3-for-13 with five RBI and a 1:3 BB:K over four contests so far. He's also been the designated hitter once, though his versatility in the field will likely keep him out of that spot most of the time.

The Rangers will call up Foscue prior to Tuesday's game against the Rays, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

Foscue nearly made the team out of spring training and will receive an early promotion as a replacement for Josh Jung (wrist). The 25-year-old can handle first base, second base and third base and should receive fairly regular playing time in the corner infield spots with both Jung and Nathaniel Lowe (oblique) on the shelf. Foscue slashed .266/.394/.468 with 18 home runs, 14 steals and a 70:85 K:BB over 122 games with Triple-A Round Rock last season.
