Thairo Estrada 2B | BAL
Giants' Thairo Estrada: Not starting Wednesday
Estrada isn't in the Giants' lineup Wednesday versus the Dodgers, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Estrada went 0-for-2 during Tuesday's loss and will now sit down for the third time in San Francisco's last four games. Brett Wisely will fill the void at second base and bat ninth.

Aaron Schunk 3B | ATL
Rockies' Aaron Schunk: Returns to utility role
Schunk is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Red Sox.
Schunk had made starts on the left side of the infield over the past three games, going 2-for-11 with a double, a walk and a run. His first start came Sunday while Ezequiel Tovar sat out due to an illness, while Schunk filled in for Ryan McMahon at third base Monday and Tuesday while McMahon tended to a jammed finger. Both McMahon and Tovar are healthy again and part of the lineup Wednesday, so Schunk will move back into a utility role.

Brice Turang 2B | MIL
Brewers' Brice Turang: Sitting against southpaw
Turang is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cubs.
The lefty-hitting Turang will hit the bench for the Brewers' second straight matchup with a left-hander, as he previously sat against Nationals southpaw Mitchell Parker on July 13. Andruw Monasterio will get the nod at the keystone and could continue to occupy the short side of a platoon with Turang moving forward.

Nolan Gorman 2B | STL
Cardinals' Nolan Gorman: Getting afternoon off
Gorman is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Pirates, John Denton of MLB.com reports.
Gorman will be joined on the bench by fellow lefty-hitting regular Michael Siani as the Pirates bring southpaw Martin Perez to the hill for the series finale. Brendan Donovan will cover second base in Gorman's stead.

Jeff McNeil 2B | ATH
Mets' Jeff McNeil: Goes yard again Tuesday
McNeil went 2-for-3 with a walk, a two-run home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Yankees.
The 32-year-old continued his July resurgence, homering for the second straight game and the fourth time in his last five. McNeil is slashing .314/.375/.743 over his last 12 contests, adding three doubles, eight runs, 12 RBI and a steal during that hot streak.

Brice Turang 2B | MIL
Brewers' Brice Turang: Drives in lone run in win
Turang went 1-for-2 with a walk, one RBI and a stolen base in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Cubs.
Offense was at a premium Tuesday, and Turang's RBI single in the eighth inning was the lone run of the game. The second baseman has gone just 2-for-18 with four RBI over four contests since the All-Star break. He's gone 14 games without a multi-hit effort, but he's enough of a speed threat to stay atop the order even when he's not hitting at his best. For the year, Turang has 31 steals, six home runs, 42 RBI, 47 runs scored and a .268/.332/.376 slash line over 97 contests.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Goes deep again
Marte went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and three total runs scored in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Royals.
Marte has four homers over his last 10 games and is up to 21 long balls on the year. During that sample, he's hitting .417 (15-for-36) with 10 RBI and two stolen bases. The second baseman continues to be an engine for the Diamondbacks with a .294/.364/.521 slash line, 61 RBI, 69 runs scored, six stolen bases, 19 doubles and two triples through 97 contests overall.

Jose Iglesias SS | SD
Mets' Jose Iglesias: Absent from lineup
Iglesias is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Yankees.
Iglesias has essentially been a regular this month, splitting starts between second and third base. He'll begin this one on the bench, with Jeff McNeil covering the keystone and Mark Vientos handling the hot corner.

Aaron Schunk 3B | ATL
Rockies' Aaron Schunk: First multi-hit game
Schunk went 2-for-5 with a walk, a double and a run scored in Monday's extra-innings win over the Red Sox.
Schunk has only started six of 19 games since being promoted for his big-league debut, and he's accrued just 23 plate appearances as a result. The initial return isn't promising, as he's hitting just .136 with a 34.8 percent strikeout rate, though the uneven playing time likely isn't helping him settle in. Schunk also managed the first multi-hit game of his career Monday.
