Andrus is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros, Matt Kawahara of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Andrus started the past six games and will head to the bench after going 4-for-17 with two doubles, two home runs, five RBI and three runs scored. Nick Allen will shift to shortstop Sunday.

Kim left Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Giants following his third at-bat after aggravating his thumb injury, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Kim was held out of the starting lineup twice earlier this week because of that injury. Kim was 0-for-2 with a walk in the loss, including hitting into a double play with the bases loaded in the second inning that ended the Padres' best threat against Carlos Rodon.

Donovan (illness) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.

According to Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat, Donovan is away from the ballpark for the second day in a row while he battles symptoms that aren't specifically related to COVID-19. As a result, Donovan hasn't been placed on the COVID-19-related injured list, and the Cardinals maintain optimism that he'll be ready to go for Monday's series finale.

Gimenez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Kansas City.

Gimenez has a .630 OPS through seven contests in July and will take a seat Sunday for the second time in the past four games. Owen Miller will start at the keystone and bat seventh in the series finale.

Hernandez (hip) had his rehabilitation assignment paused Saturday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Hernandez began the rehab assignment Friday night, serving as the designated hitter for Triple-A Worcester, and felt tightness following the game. That prompted the organization to halt his rehab and send Hernandez to Boston for treatment. Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Hernandez is unlikely to play Sunday.

Semien went 2-for-4 with a triple, a home run, four RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's victory over the Twins.

Semien was productive Saturday, launching a three-run shot in the fourth inning and an RBI triple in the eighth. He has 10 hits -- including three homers -- in eight July games, giving him a .294/.333/.618 slash line. The second baseman has looked much better in June and July after struggling in April and May. Semien's season batting average sits at .238 to go along with 11 home runs and 14 steals.

Rengifo went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base Saturday in the Angels' 1-0 loss.

According to Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register, Rengifo will start at shortstop and bat fifth Sunday as the Angels look to avoid a series sweep in Baltimore. Rengifo has gone 4-for-12 through the first three games against the Orioles and enters Sunday riding a nine-game hitting streak, during which he's supplied two home runs and two stolen bases. The 25-year-old's recent run of production has put him on the radar as a pickup in deeper mixed leagues.

Gimenez went 3-for-6 with two RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 13-1 win over the Royals.

Gimenez was one of two Guardians in the starting nine to fail to record an extra-base hit, as all three of his knocks were singles. It was still an encouraging performance -- he had gone 5-for-32 (.156) in 11 contests since his last multi-hit effort. The second baseman's slump briefly dipped his batting average under .300, but he's back to that mark with an .836 OPS, nine home runs, 40 RBI, 28 runs scored and six stolen bases through 259 plate appearances this year. He should continue to see a majority of the playing time at the keystone.

Rosario went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, three total runs scored and a hit-by-pitch in Saturday's 13-1 win over the Royals.

Rosario entered Saturday just 2-for-21 across his previous six games. He delivered two singles in the first five innings and added a solo shot to pad the lead in the ninth. The shortstop hit .360 in June -- that's better than what fantasy managers should expect, but his cold start to July was an over-correction. Rosario is slashing .279/.319/.390 with four homers, 25 RBI, 46 runs scored, nine stolen bases, 12 doubles and five triples through 329 plate appearances.

Estrada stole a base as a pinch runner in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Padres.

Estrada replaced Brandon Belt (knee) in the eighth inning and promptly stole second, but he was left aboard. Estrada has successfully recorded steals on his last three attempts and is 12-for-14 on the basepaths this season. The second baseman has added a .253/.308/.382 slash line with six home runs, 31 RBI and 40 runs scored through 72 contests as a consistent presence in the Giants' lineup at the keystone.
