Nico Hoerner 2B | CHC
Cubs' Nico Hoerner: Has big game Saturday
Hoerner went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double and three runs scored in Saturday's win over the Cardinals. He also stole a base.
Hoerner helped lead the Cubs to eight runs as he recorded his second three-hit effort over the last five games. He also stole his 22nd base of the season in 25 attempts, which has been his most appealing fantasy asset. The infielder doesn't hit for a ton of power, but his ability to make consistent contact and run wild on the bases has made him plenty valuable.

Cavan Biggio RF | HOU
Blue Jays' Cavan Biggio: Swipes third bag
Biggio went 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 9-8 loss to the Mariners.
Getting the start at second base and batting eighth, Biggio stole his first bag since June 4 and only his third of the season. The utility player is batting .292 (7-for-24) in July with a 4:5 BB:K, but there's no clear path to consistent playing time for him on the Toronto roster.

Marcus Semien 2B | NYM
Rangers' Marcus Semien: Swats 14th homer
Semien went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 16-3 loss to the Dodgers.
He took Bobby Miller deep to lead off the bottom of the first inning, but the game quickly slipped away from the Rangers after that. Semien has three homers in the last six games, bringing him up to 14 on the season, and after slumping just before the All-Star break, the 32-year-old infielder is batting .286 (8-for-28) with a 4:1 BB:K in eight contests since the schedule resumed.

Forrest Wall LF | SD
Braves' Forrest Wall: Swipes two bases in MLB debut
Wall stole two bases after entering as a pinch runner in Saturday's loss to Milwaukee.
Wall stole 45 bases in 78 games for Triple-A Gwinnett this season before earning his first MLB call-up Tuesday. The outfielder entered as a pinch runner for Eddie Rosario with one out in the ninth inning Saturday and immediately showed why Atlanta sees him as a valuable roster piece, stealing both second and third base on consecutive pitches before Milwaukee closer Devin Williams could get through the next batter. Wall was stranded as the tying run at third base, but it was nonetheless an impressive big-league debut. He isn't likely to see his name penciled into the lineup often, but Saturday's performance highlighted the impact Wall can make with his speed in select situations.

Jordan Westburg 2B | BAL
Orioles' Jordan Westburg: Nabs steal off bench
Westburg stole a base as a pinch runner in Saturday's 6-5 win over the Rays.
Westburg started on the bench for the fourth time in the last eight games, but he was still able to provide a small impact when he got in the game. Of those four times he's been out of the lineup, two have come against right-handers and two against southpaws, so this appears to be more of a balancing act for manager Brandon Hyde with his infield usage rather than anything specifically against Westburg. The rookie infielder has scuffled in his limited time since the All-Star break, going 4-for-21 (.190) with eight strikeouts over eight contests. It would be more likely for him to be optioned out to Triple-A Norfolk rather than sit on the bench for any extended length of time.

Luis Guillorme 3B | HOU
Mets' Luis Guillorme: Goes on IL with calf strain
The Mets placed Guillorme on the 10-day injured list Saturday with a right calf strain.
Guillorme suffered the injury Saturday afternoon against the Red Sox and will be sidelined until at least the beginning of August. Danny Mendick has been called up in a corresponding roster move to provide depth on the infield for New York.

Jordan Diaz 3B | ATH
Athletics' Jordan Diaz: Not starting Saturday
Diaz will be on the bench for Saturday's game against Houston.
Diaz knocked in a pair of runs Friday but will be rewarded with a trip to the bench. In 15 games since returning to the majors, he's hit .283/.333/.435 with two homers. Jace Peterson will handle third base Saturday.

Zach Remillard 2B | CHW
White Sox's Zach Remillard: Not in lineup
Remillard is out of the lineup Saturday against the Twins.
He spent about a month as the White Sox's top option at second base, but Elvis Andrus seems to have reclaimed that role, starting four consecutive games at the keystone. Remillard started at third base Thursday and in right field Friday, so he still has multiple paths to playing time in a utility role, but he'll step out of the lineup Saturday.
