Rendon (hip) expects to be ready for the start of spring training next year, the third baseman told MLB Network Radio on SiriusXM on Tuesday.

Rendon battled multiple injuries last season, hitting a modest .240/.329/.382 in 58 games before eventually undergoing hip surgery in August. Assuming he is indeed 100 percent for the start of next season, he'll have plenty of fantasy upside, as he produced a wRC+ of 140 or better in each season from 2017 to 2020. That said, he'll also be heading into his age-32 season and hasn't reached 150 games in a season since 2016, so he'll come with very real health concerns even if his offseason recovery goes well.

Castillo cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A El Paso on Friday.

Castillo made his big-league debut in May but was sent down after appearing in just three games. He spent the bulk of the year with El Paso, where his .287/.326/.366 slash line was merely good for a 73 wRC+.

Dever's arm issue that he dealt with throughout the postseason was merely elbow inflammation and will not require surgery, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

While Devers was playing hurt throughout the postseason, you certainly couldn't tell from his numbers, as he hit .295 with five homers and a 1.029 OPS in 11 games. He appears set for a normal offseason and should be unaffected by spring training.

Kreidler will miss the remainder of the Arizona Fall League season due to a strained left calf, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Kreidler hit .270/.349/.454 with 22 homers and 15 steals in 129 games across the two highest levels of the minors this season, though he also struck out in 28.7 percent of his plate appearances. While the calf issue will prevent him from getting any more extra at-bats this fall, he's expected to be ready for spring training.

Devers went 2-for-3 with a solo homer in Wednesday's ALCS Game 5 loss to the Astros.

Devers was the cleanup hitter and only received three plate appearances in the game, as the Red Sox sent just three more than the minimum 27 batters to the plate over the course of the game. The third baseman accounted for two of the team's three hits and the entirety of the team's runs in the 9-1 loss.

Bregman went 1-for-4 with a solo homer, two runs and a walk in Tuesday's win over the Red Sox in Game 4 of the ALCS.

Bregman went hitless in four at-bats Monday, but he bounced back with his first home run of the postseason in Tuesday's victory. The 27-year-old has started each of the first eight playoff games for the Astros and has slashed .281/.343/.406 with a home run, a double, six runs and five RBI during that time.

LeMahieu underwent surgery to repair a sports hernia Tuesday but is expected to be ready for spring training, Brendan Kuty of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

LeMahieu missed time in the final week of the regular season with the injury and wound up being placed on the injured list. While the issue was serious enough to require surgery, it's at least well-timed and gives LeMahieu plenty of time to rest and recover over the offseason. If all goes well, he'll be unaffected by the start of the regular season, but there's always going to be at least some risk with a 33-year-old coming off an offseason procedure.

Riley went 2-for-4 with a homer and a walkoff single in Saturday's ALCS Game 1 win over the Dodgers.

Riley tied the game at two apiece with a solo shot off Tony Gonsolin in the bottom of the fourth. The score remained tied until the bottom of the ninth, when drove in Ozzie Albies with a one-out single off Blake Treinen. Riley is now 7-for-19 with a pair of homers through five games this postseason.

Devers went 1-for-4 with a grand slam, a walk and a pair of runs scored in Saturday's ALCS Game 2 win over the Astros.

Devers was on base for J.D. Martinez's grand slam in the first inning after reaching base on a walk. He extended the Red Sox's lead to eight in the bottom of the second with a grand slam of his own off Jake Odorizzi. He's now homered three times so far this postseason, an impressive performance for a hitter who's playing through a forearm issue.

Muncy (elbow) isn't listed on the Dodgers' roster for the NLCS against Atlanta.

Manager Dave Roberts was holding out hope that Muncy would be available for the NLCS, but his exclusion from the roster doesn't come as a major surprise since the 31-year-old was considered unlikely to be ready to return. Cody Bellinger, Albert Pujols and Matt Beaty will handle most of the work at first base against Atlanta.
