Segura left Saturday's game against the Twins after taking a foot to the helmet during a slide into second base in the bottom of the eighth inning, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.

Considering it was a 3-3 tie at the time of the injury, it certainly seems like Segura may need to go into the concussion protocol, as he likely would not have left at that stage in the game due to a contusion or something else minor. He was 3-for-4 with a home run prior to exiting. Gordon Beckham came in to play second base and Austin Romine moved over to shortstop. Segura should be considered highly questionable for Sunday's game.

Candelario went 2-for-4 with two home runs, three runs scored and three RBI against the White Sox on Saturday.

Candelario hit both of his home runs off left-hander Hector Santiago, his sixth and seventh of the season. Just one game after returning from the disabled list, Candelario picked up where he left off by flashing surprising power at the plate. He is now slugging .529 on the season, well above his .468 pace in 94 at-bats with the Tigers last season.

McMahon was recalled and is in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Reds, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

He will start at second base and bat seventh against right-hander Tyler Mahle. The 23-year-old McMahon was an incredibly frustrating player to own in fantasy earlier this season, as he was on the bench more often than not and he did little when given an opportunity. His outlook is brighter this time around -- for playing time at least -- with DJ LeMahieu on the shelf with a thumb injury.

Devers is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Braves, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

He will head to the bench with a tough lefty in Sean Newcomb due to start for Atlanta. The 21-year-old Devers has been slumping of late and is batting just .213/.245/.404 against left-handed pitching this season. We could see Devers sit more against southpaws -- or perhaps platoon outright with Eduardo Nunez -- now that Dustin Pedroia's back on the active roster.

Senzel (vertigo) is making progress at the Reds' extended spring training facility in Goodyear, Arizona, taking batting practice and fielding ground balls without incident, MLB.com's Mark Sheldon reports.

The next step for Senzel will be to play in extended spring training games. The Reds haven't indicated whether Senzel will need to go on a rehab assignment at lower minor-league levels before reporting back to Triple-A Louisville. This has pushed back any possible promotion to the majors, however. Chances are the Reds won't call him up until late summer, barring another injury to Eugenio Suarez.

Arenado went 1-for-2 with two walks and a solo home run in Friday's win over the Reds.

The 27-year-old took Sal Romano deep to center field for his first home run in nearly three weeks. While Arenado is well off his normal power pace, he's walking and making hard contact at the highest rates of his career. Keep in mind that he's played just 19 games at home to this point (27 on the road).

Suarez went 2-for-3 with a single and a two-run home run in Friday's loss to the Rockies.

After hitting a grand slam in the finale of the Pirates series, Suarez want yard again in the opener in Colorado. Amazingly, Suarez ranks first in the National League in RBI with 40 despite having missed more than two weeks in April with a fractured thumb. He will continue to have plenty of chances to drive in runs while batting behind Joey Votto and Scooter Gennett.

Duffy went 2-for-4 in Friday's 2-0 loss to the Orioles.

The Rays only scraped together seven hits on the night, but Duffy didn't seem to have any difficulties, putting together his third multi-hit performance in the last five games. The 27-year-old now sports a .322/.364/.420 slash line on the season, but his counting stats have left a lot to be desired as he has two homers, two steals, 15 RBI and 10 runs in 36 games. Duffy will need to stay off the disabled list, and work his way up into a better spot in the Rays' batting order, if he's going to turn those hits into meaningful production.

Candelario (wrist) was reinstated from the 10-day disabled list Friday.

Candelario will return to action after being placed on the disabled list May 14 with a wrist issue. The 24-year-old third baseman has put together a .272/.359/.497 slash line with five homers and 16 RBI over 37 games this season for Detroit. Mikie Mahtook was sent down to Triple-A Toledo in a corresponding move.

Duffy went 2-for-4 with an RBI single and a run in a win over the Red Sox on Thursday.

Duffy closed out the scoring on the night with a fourth-inning single that extended the Rays' lead to a commanding 6-0 at the time. The 27-year-old has yet to contribute much from a power perspective, but he's hitting safely and getting on base at a career-best clip. Factoring in Thursday's production, Duffy's May average is up to a blistering .328, and he's now racked up eight multi-hit efforts during the month.
