Donaldson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Sunday against the Yankees.

The third baseman made the most of his only hit Sunday. Donaldson's eighth-inning blast completed the comeback and proved to be the game-winner in the Jays' 3-2 victory. Three of his four hits during the four-game series were long balls, and Donaldson also notched three RBI and three runs over the weekend affair.

Escobar exited Sunday's game in the ninth inning with an undisclosed injury, LaVelle Neal of the Star Tribune reports.

Joe Mauer moved out of the designated hitter spot to take over at first base while Miguel Sano slid over to third base in place of Escobar, who was injured on a slide while stealing second base. It's still too early to tell the severity of Escobar's injury, but it will be a development to monitor throughout the rest of Sunday. Escobar's positional versatility on the left side of the infield will be missed if he has to miss additional time beyond Sunday.

Valencia went 4-for-4 with an RBI single and three runs in Saturday's 9-2 win over the Rays.

Valencia opened the scoring on the night for Seattle with a first-inning single that plated Nelson Cruz, and he went on to add three hits to keep his average over the first two games of the series to a perfect 1.000 (7-for-7). The tear to open June is simply an extension of the momentum the veteran started to build in May, as he's finally rewarding both the Mariners and fantasy owners with the caliber of performances that he had shown in previous stops during his career.

Longoria (neck) went 3-for-3 in Saturday's 9-2 loss to the Mariners.

As expected, Longoria shook off the neck stiffness that had caused him to exit Friday's game early and responded with his first game with more than two hits since May 19. The veteran third baseman has hit Seattle pitching well over the first two games of the series in going 4-for-7 over that span, although all four hits have been singles. Barring any setbacks overnight, Longoria should be in the lineup again for Sunday's series finale.

Arenado went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and three RBI during Saturday's win over San Diego.

The third baseman has gone 6-for-13 with two home runs, two doubles, five RBI and four runs through his past three games. The heater has him up to a .288/.347/.572 slash line with 14 homers, 39 RBI and 40 runs for the campaign, and Arenado has quickly put himself back in the running to pace the National League in homers and RBI.

LeMahieu went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs during Saturday's win over the Padres.

The second baseman has struggled to follow up on last season's breakout (.911 OPS) and sports a .281/.351/.362 slash line with 23 RBI and 29 runs. LeMahieu has been much better of late, though, as he's recorded 13 RBI and 13 runs through his past 22 games while hitting .310. Batting second in the powerful Colorado lineup is a cushy gig, and he also has the benefit of playing half his games at hitter-friendly Coors Field, so his fantasy floor remains high.

Segura (ankle) is optimistic he will back from the DL before the end of June, Bob Dutton of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Segura, who was placed on the disabled list Saturday, said he is already seeing major improvement after getting treatment to reduce swelling. "If it feels good over the next couple of days, maybe I'll do some activities," he said. This is great news from the recovery standpoint as it appears the hot-hitting shortstop won't be sidelined for too long, barring any setbacks. Segura finished May with a .358 average and an .883 OPS.

Moustakas went 2-for-5 with two RBI and two runs Saturday against Cleveland.

Through 48 games, Moustakas' 14 home runs and .513 slugging percentage lead the Royals and his 29 RBI rank him second on the team. He's tied for the club lead with 26 runs, too. On the flip side, the 28-year-old's 17 percent strikeout rate is his worst since 2012 -- not to mention a killer in leagues that penalize whiffs.

Longoria (neck) is in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Mariners.

Longoria's neck tightened up on him late Friday, leading to his early exit from the game, but it seems the discomfort has largely subsided. The 31-year-old's groundball rate is up significantly from a year ago and that has limited his power production to this point, but Longoria is trending in the right direction after a .272/.333/.456 month of May (.208/.296/.376 in April).

Rendon is out of Saturday's lineup against the A's, Dan Kolko of MASN Sports reports.

He will get the day off after starting 18 of the last 19 games and hitting .317/.427/.683 with five home runs and two steals over that stretch. Stephen Drew draws a rare start at the hot corner, hitting seventh against righty Daniel Mengden.
