  • Taylor Walls 3B | TB

Rays' Taylor Walls: Racking up stolen bases

Walls went 1-for-4 with a run scored and two stolen bases Friday against the Dodgers.

Walls continues to use his defensive versatility to remain a regular in the lineup. In the last 10 games, he's started once at shortstop, four times at third base and three times at second. Walls has been particularly aggressive on the basepaths across the last two games by swiping four bases. His 13 stolen bases are the primary source of his fantasy value, but Walls has also quietly amassed an .840 OPS as well as 27 runs scored across 41 games this season.

  • J.D. Davis 1B | LAA

Giants' J.D. Davis: Big power display Friday

Davis went 3-for-6 with two doubles, a home run, three runs scored and three RBI in Friday's 15-1 rout of the Brewers.

He launched a two-run shot in the seventh inning off Ethan Small, padding the Giants' already huge lead. Davis' bat has slowed down a little in May, but he's still slashing a solid .267/.345/.467 through 23 games on the month with three homers, 11 runs and 12 RBI.

  • Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA

White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Three hits, three RBI

Moncada went 3-for-5 with a triple, three RBI and a run scored Friday against the Tigers.

Moncada snapped a four-game hitless streak with an RBI triple in the fifth inning. He chipped in an additional two knocks to tally his third multi-hit performance in 14 games since he returned from a back injury. Though it's been a limited sample due to the injury, Moncada has shown significant steps forward in limiting his strikeout rate (21.3 percent) while also hitting for power (.170 ISO) across 94 plate appearances this season.

  • Josh Jung 3B | TEX

Rangers' Josh Jung: Records another multi-hit game

Jung went 3-for-5 with a triple, one RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 12-2 win over Baltimore.

Jung continued a torrid stretch with a fourth consecutive multi-hit effort (9-for-17). Overall, he's hit safely in nine straight, going 15-for-34 (.441) with six extra-base hits, 10 RBI and nine runs during the streak.

  • Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN

Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Goes yard in win

Hayes went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 11-6 win over the Mariners.

He had one of the Pirates' seven homers in the contest, but Hayes' was his first since April 15, a span of 34 games without a long ball. The third baseman has long underwhelmed with his power at the hot corner, but two homers in 49 contests is tough to justify on many fantasy rosters. Hayes is slashing .231/.287/.360 with 17 RBI, 26 runs scored and six stolen bases through 202 plate appearances. There's not much momentum here -- he has just four hits across his last six games, though three of them have gone for extra bases.

  • Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Gets night off Friday

Devers is not in the lineup Friday against the Diamondbacks.

This appears to be a planned night off for Devers, who has fallen into a bit of a slump but still boasts 13 homers and 44 RBI through 49 games on the year. Justin Turner is covering third base and batting third Friday versus the Diamondbacks and right-hander Brandon Pfaadt. Masataka Yoshida will take a turn as Boston's designated hitter.

  • Ryan Kreidler 3B | MIN

Tigers' Ryan Kreidler: Starting rehab assignment

Kreidler (knee) is beginning a rehab assignment with High-A West Michigan on Friday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Kreidler has been on the injured list at Triple-A Toledo all month because of a sore knee. He'll rejoin Toledo once he's deemed ready but could push to rejoin the major-league club later this season.

  • Edmundo Sosa 3B | PHI

Phillies' Edmundo Sosa: Sitting out Friday

Sosa isn't in the Phillies' lineup for Friday's game against Atlanta.

Currently 0-for-6 in his last three games, Sosa will sit out for the second time in three days. He'll be replaced at third base by Josh Harrison, who will bat ninth.

  • Ramon Urias 3B | STL

Orioles' Ramon Urias: Not starting Friday

Urias is not in the starting lineup Friday versus the Rangers, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Although Urias was activated from the 10-day injured list Friday, he'll remain out of the lineup. He'll likely return to a starting role soon, but Ryan O'Hearn will handle the designated hitter spot and bat eighth in the series opener against Texas.

  • Isaac Paredes 3B | HOU

    Rays' Isaac Paredes: Sitting Friday

Paredes isn't starting Friday against the Dodgers, Kristie Ackert of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Friday marks the second consecutive game Paredes won't start despite having recorded a base hit in each of his last three games. Taylor Walls will get the nod at third base and bat sixth.
