Gonzalez has struggled at the Single-A level with a .205/.322/.230 slash line and 27.6 percent strikeout rate, but he still has plenty of upside given his age.

Shea Langeliers C | OAK
Athletics' Shea Langeliers: Three-run shot in win
Langeliers went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Saturday's win over the Angels.
Langeliers jumped on the first pitch he saw from Tyler Anderson in the opening frame and launched it over the wall in center field, scoring Brent Rooker and Lawrence Butler to give Oakland a 3-0 lead. That would end up being the difference in the ballgame as both offenses struggled to get much of anything going throughout the contest. Langeliers has now hit safely in four straight games, racking up two homers, two doubles, four RBI and four runs over that stretch. For the month, he's batting .254 with five long balls, 15 RBI and 13 runs scored.

Diaz has hit well for most of July and that has continued across eight games out of the All-Star break. He's gone 10-for-29 with six RBI and four runs scored in that span. While Diaz has raised his average to .283, he's still struggled to unlock much power this season by posting only a .132 ISO.

Cal Raleigh C | SEA

Danny Jansen C | BOS
Red Sox's Danny Jansen: Shipped to Boston
The Blue Jays traded Jansen to the Red Sox on Saturday in exchange for infielders Cutter Coffey and Eddinson Paulino and right-hander Gilberto Batista.
Jansen has split catching duties with Alejandro Kirk this season, logging 228 plate appearances across 61 games. Jansen has had a down season at the plate, posting his worst OPS (.672) and ISO (.157) since 2020 with a .212 batting average. He'll likely notice a decrease in playing time with the Red Sox, as Connor Wong is in the midst of a career season behind the dish with an .802 OPS. Instead, Jansen will likely supplant Reese McGuire as Wong's top backup, though Jansen could also see some at-bats at designated hitter.
