Ozuna is not listed in the lineup for Monday's game against San Francisco.

Ozuna has a .940 OPS during September, but he will sit for the second time in three days Monday. In his place, Eddie Rosario will start the game in left field and bat eighth.

Marlins manager Don Mattingly said Saturday that Soler (back) is unlikely to return from the 10-day injured list before the end of the season, MLB.com reports. "Soli's kind of been a little bit 'feel 100 percent, feel 100 percent, feel a little something, feel 100 percent, feel 100 percent, feels a little something,'" Mattingly said. "It seems like [a return this season] is probably out the window, too."

Just last week, Soler resumed full baseball activities at the Marlins' spring training facility in Jupiter, Fla. and then rejoined the big club over the weekend for further evaluation, but he doesn't seem to have received favorable feedback from the Miami training and coaching staffs. Though Soler isn't believed to be dealing with any major setback, the Marlins are seemingly content to let the 30-year-old rest his back and get an early head start on the offseason so he can report to spring training at 100 percent health. Soler, who joined the Marlins in March on a one-year, $12 million deal that includes two player options, wraps up his first season in Miami with a .207/.295/.400 slash line to go with 13 home runs, 34 RBI and 32 runs in 72 games. Since he didn't produce at the level the Marlins probably expected before landing on the shelf July 22 with lower-back spasms, Soler seems likely to exercise his $15 million option for 2023.

Turner went 2-for-5 with two home runs and five RBI in an 11-2 win against San Diego on Sunday.

Turner got Los Angeles on the board with a solo home run off San Diego starter Joe Musgrove in the fifth inning and added a grand slam to cap a six-run seventh. The multi-hit effort is the 37-year-old's fifth of September, and he's slashing a robust .375/.447/.875 with four long balls in nine contests this month.

Pederson isn't in the lineup Sunday against the Cubs, Evan Webeck of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Pederson will get a breather for Sunday's series finale since left-hander Wade Miley is on the mound for the Cubs. Austin Dean is starting in left field and batting eighth.

Morel isn't in the lineup Sunday against the Giants.

Morel is getting a breather after he went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts over the last two games. David Bote will take over at the hot corner and bat ninth.

Vogelbach is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Marlins.

Vogelbach has not started against a left-hander since joining the Mets in late July, so it should come as no surprise that he will work as a reserve with lefty Jesus Luzardo on the bump for the Marlins. Mark Vientos will serve as the Mets' designated hitter Sunday.

Vientos will serve as the designated hitter and hit eighth Sunday in his big-league debut.

Vientos did not see action Saturday after being called up for the first time, but he will make his first start as a major leaguer in the final game of the Mets' series against the Marlins.

Harper went 1-for-4 with one homer, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Nationals.

Harper blasted a two-run homer off righty starter Erick Fedde to tie the game with two outs in the third. The outfielder has been slumping in his last seven games, slashing .160/.276/.320 over 29 plate appearances. The 29-year-old has been better on the road this season, recording a 1.035 OPS in 170 plate appearances compared to a .861 OPS in 160 plate appearances at home.

Canha went 1-for-3 with a grand slam and two total runs scored in Saturday's win over the Marlins.

Canha increased the Mets' lead to eight with a grand slam off lefty reliever Andrew Nardi with two outs in the fourth. The outfielder is coming off a stretch with just two RBI in 12 games; however, the 33-year-old has been great overall in his last 21 games with a 1.057 OPS in 81 plate appearances.

Meneses went 2-for-5 with a double and a two-run home run in Saturday's loss against the Phillies.

Meneses homered off lefty starter Ranger Suarez with one out in the third to give Washington a 2-0 lead. The 30-year-old rookie has recorded three hits or more in three of his last 12 games, tallying 11 RBI over 56 at-bats. He has also shown versatility with time spent at first base in 20 games and time spent in the outfield in 23 contests.
