Turner (hamstring) went 2-for-4 and scored a run Monday in the Dodgers' 3-1 win over the Diamondbacks.

Just as manager Dave Roberts predicted, Turner was able to rejoin the lineup as the Dodgers' starting third baseman after missing the previous four games with the hamstring injury. While Turner delivered a nice night at the plate and reported no issues with his hamstring coming out of the contest, it's expected that he'll sit out one of the remaining two games of the series Tuesday or Wednesday for maintenance purposes.

McCutchen was diagnosed with a sprained left knee after exiting Monday's 8-2 loss to the Padres and is slated to undergo an MRI on Tuesday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

The Phillies will await the results of McCutchen's MRI before making any roster moves, but it appears likely that the 32-year-old will require a stay on the 10-day injured list. In addition to manager Gabe Kapler relaying that Triple-A Lehigh Valley outfielder Adam Haseley would join the club in San Diego on Tuesday as a member of the taxi squad, McCutchen was spotted with crutches in the locker room after Monday's game and made an ominous post on his personal Twitter account implying concern about the injury. If McCutchen is in fact shut down, Haseley or the newly acquired Jay Bruce would likely see most of the action in left field, while Jean Segura or Cesar Hernandez could represent the top candidates to replace McCutchen as the Phillies' leadoff hitter.

McCutchen left Monday's game against the Padres after appearing to injure his left knee, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

McCutchen suffered the injury while in a rundown, and he needed assistance just to get off the field. While this doesn't look good for the veteran outfielder, he'll be considered day-to-day until the team reveals the nature of the injury.

Turner will receive a day off either Tuesday or Wednesday this week, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Turner missed four games with a sore hamstring before rejoining the lineup Monday, but manager Dave Roberts said he'll give the third baseman another day off this week to manage his workload. Max Muncy drew the starts at the hot corner when Turner was out, so he figures to be in line to do so once again for whichever game Roberts decides to rest him.

Brantley isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Mariners, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Brantley will head to the bench with lefty Wade LeBlanc set to serve as the primary pitcher Monday evening. Josh Reddick is slated to slot in as the designated hitter and will hit third in Brantley's place.

Turner (hamstring) is starting at third base and hitting third Monday against the Diamondbacks, Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times reports.

As expected, Turner has been cleared to rejoin the starting lineup after missing the past four games with a sore right hamstring (he did appear as a substitute in Sunday's win, drawing a walk in his only trip to the plate). The veteran third baseman, who is hitting .306/.394/.446 with six homers and a stolen base through 52 games this season, will face southpaw Robbie Ray in his return to the starting nine.

Ohtani is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Cubs, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

With no designated hitter available in Chicago, Ohtani will head to the bench before likely rejoining the lineup Tuesday, when the Angels resume American League play with a three-game series against the Athletics. Ohtani hasn't quite provided the offensive boost many anticipated when he was activated from the 10-day injured list in May, as he's submitted an underwhelming .225/.304/.326 line through 102 plate appearances.

Choi went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk and two runs in a loss to the Twins on Sunday.

Choi was responsible for the only extra-base hit off Twins starter Jake Odorizzi and snapped a two-game, 0-for-7 stretch in the process. The 28-year-old slumped to a .229 average in May, but he's shown some signs of improvement recently by hitting .280 (7-for-25) with three extra-base hits (two doubles, one home run), three RBI, three walks and four runs over his last seven contests.

Ramirez went 3-for-5 with a run scored and two RBI in Sunday's win over the Padres.

The rookie refuses to slow down. Ramirez now has seven multi-hit performances in his last 13 games, slashing .415/.456/.547 over that stretch with a homer, 10 RBI and 11 runs. While the hits will stop falling in quite as often at some point, and it's not yet clear if the 24-year-old has a lot of over-the-fence power, Ramirez is establishing himself as a potentially key piece in the latest chapter of the Marlins' perpetual rebuild.

Belt went 1-for-3 with a pair of walks and a run scored in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Orioles.

Belt has been locked in at the plate of late, stringing together a nine-game hit streak (.313) with a homer and six RBI over that span. The 31-year-old tends to run fairly hot or cold at times, so his fantasy owners are hoping this hot streak carries on.
