Hanifee signed a minor-league contract with the Tigers on Friday and received an invitation to major-league spring training, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

The Tigers non-tendered Hanifee earlier in the offseason, but the team will keep him around on a minor-league pact. Hanifee gave up three runs across five innings in three appearances with the Tigers last season, and he logged a 4.38 ERA through 90.1 frames at Triple-A Toledo.

The White Sox sent Navarro outright to Triple-A Charlotte on Friday, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Navarro made eight major-league appearances for the Sox last season, giving up seven runs across 8.2 innings. He put up a 4.33 ERA and 1.55 WHIP through 43.2 frames in Charlotte, but he will likely need to improve upon those numbers in order to reclaim a spot on Chicago's 40-man roster.

Houston signed Suero to a minor-league contract Thursday.

Suero was lit up for seven earned runs over just eight major-league innings with the Dodgers in 2023 and did not reach the MLB level at all in 2022. The 32-year-old right-hander will likely be Triple-A bullpen depth for the Astros.

Kansas City signed Long to a minor-league contract Thursday.

Long was outrighted off the 40-man roster in Oakland at the end of the 2023 regular season after struggling to a 5.60 ERA and 32:21 K:BB across 45 innings. The 28-year-old left-hander joins the Royals as organizational bullpen depth for the 2024 campaign.

Duffey signed a minor-league contract Thursday with the Royals.

Duffey made only one MLB appearance with the Cubs in 2023 and held a 3.77 ERA and 53:23 K:BB in 45.1 innings with their Triple-A affiliate in Iowa. The 32-year-old right-hander owns a career 4.57 ERA in the big leagues.

Cimber (shoulder) signed a one-year, $1.65 million contract with the Angels on Wednesday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

Cimber missed the second half of the 2023 season because of a shoulder strain and had an ugly 7.40 ERA in 20.2 innings when healthy, but he was a bullpen workhorse for the Marlins and Blue Jays between 2021-22 and could offer a much-needed boost to the relief corps in Anaheim if his health cooperates. The 33-year-old right-hander owns a career 3.49 ERA at the major-league level.

Tampa Bay re-signed Ramirez to a minor-league contract Monday.

Ramirez was outrighted off the Rays' 40-man roster at the end of the 2023 regular season, but he's now back with the club on an MiLB deal for 2024. The 33-year-old right-hander owns a career 4.37 ERA in 828.1 big-league innings.

Cousins signed a minor-league contract with the White Sox on Tuesday.

Cousins has battled injuries and ineffectiveness over the last couple of seasons, but the 29-year-old reliever carries a 3.08 ERA with 72 strikeouts in 52.2 career major-league innings. He's a worthwhile reclamation project for Chicago.

The Orioles signed Kimbrel to a one-year, $13 million contract Wednesday with a $13 million club option for 2025, Joel Sherman of the New York Post reports.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic was first to pass along word that a deal was close, and now it's all official after Kimbrel passed his pre-signing physical. The veteran reliever registered a steady 3.26 ERA with 94 strikeouts across 69 regular-season innings for the Phillies in 2023, also racking up 23 saves. He will now step into the closer role in Baltimore as a replacement for Felix Bautista, who is slated to miss the entire 2024 campaign as he recovers from Tommy John surgery.

The Astros acquired Coleman from the Royals on Wednesday in exchange for Carlos Mateo, Anne Rogers and Jonathan Mayo of MLB.com report.

Coleman broke out with Kansas City in 2022 but regressed in a big way in 2023, posting an 8.84 ERA and 21:19 K:BB over 18.1 innings during his time in the majors. There's stuff to work with here, though, and the Astros have a good reputation when it comes to getting the most out of their pitchers.
