Cody Bradford RP | TEX
Rangers' Cody Bradford: Promotion official
The Rangers recalled Bradford from Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.
Bradford will start for the Rangers on Tuesday against the Angels, marking the 25-year-old lefty's third start in the majors this season. Bradford holds a 7.20 ERA and 1.50 WHIP through 10 innings with Texas and just threw eight innings in a minor-league game Friday, so he likely will be on a relatively low pitch count Tuesday. Owen White was also recalled to provide multiple innings out of the bullpen, and Yerry Rodriguez and Cole Ragans were both optioned to Triple-A Round Rock in corresponding moves.

Owen White RP | CHW
Rangers' Owen White: Officially promoted
The Rangers recalled White from Double-A Frisco on Tuesday, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.
The 23-year-old righty holds a 3.54 ERA and 1.15 WHIP through 53.1 frames across 11 starts in Double-A, but he will work out of the Rangers' bullpen as a multi-inning reliever. Joining him in the big leagues will be Cody Bradford, moving Cole Ragans and Yerry Rodriguez down to Triple-A Round Rock.

Dillon Tate RP | TOR
Orioles' Dillon Tate: Restarting rehab Thursday
Tate (forearm/elbow) will restart a rehab assignment with Triple-A Norfolk on Thursday, Andy Kostka of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
Tate had to be pulled off his initial rehab assignment due to a stress reaction in his right elbow, an injury which he says was a result of the buildup from his flexor strain, the issue which first sent him to the injury list. The reliever has been out all season.

Beau Brieske RP | DET
Tigers' Beau Brieske: Rehab moved to Triple-A
Brieske's (elbow) rehab assignment was transferred to Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.
Brieske fared well in his two appearances with High-A West Michigan, throwing two scoreless innings while striking out two batters and walking one. He'll pitch an inning during Toledo's game Tuesday and will likely make a few additional rehab appearances before rejoining the Tigers.

Brendan White RP | SEA
Tigers' Brendan White: Recalled from Triple-A
White was recalled from Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.
White is taking Garrett Hill's spot in the bullpen. The right-hander's first appearance will be his major-league debut.
-
Garrett Hill RP | DET
Tigers' Garrett Hill: Optioned to Triple-A
Hill was optioned to Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.
Hill threw 2.2 innings in Monday's win over Atlanta, so he wasn't going to be available to pitch for a day or two. Brendan White is taking his spot in the bullpen.

Sam Bachman RP | LAA
Angels' Sam Bachman: Scoops up win in relief
Bachman was credited with his first MLB win in Monday's 9-6 victory over the Rangers in 12 innings after striking out one while giving up one hit and walking one in two scoreless frames out of the bullpen.
The Angels likely aren't ready to pull the plug on developing Bachman as a starter, but he's quickly become an integral member of the bullpen since being called up from Double-A Rocket City in late May for his MLB debut. In six outings in relief, Bachman has compiled a 0.90 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 8:8 K:BB in 10 innings. The poor WHIP and strikeout-to-walk ratio are warning signs that Bachman may be pitching over his head, but he could end up seeing more opportunities in higher-leverage spots nonetheless while the Angels are without two key late-innings arms in Ben Joyce (elbow) and Matt Moore (oblique).

Brendan White RP | SEA
Tigers' Brendan White: Likely to be recalled
White has joined the Tigers in Detroit, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.
The Tigers could use a fresh bullpen arm, so it sounds like White will be recalled prior to Tuesday's game against Atlanta. White was up briefly with the big club earlier this season but didn't make an appearance. When he does get into a game, it will be his major-league debut.

Cody Bradford RP | TEX
Rangers' Cody Bradford: Confirmed to start Tuesday
Bradford will be promoted from Triple-A Round Rock to start for the Rangers on Tuesday versus the Angels at Globe Life Field.
He's stepping into the rotation in place of Jon Gray (finger), who will have to miss at least one start while he tends to a blister. Bradford threw 99 pitches over eight innings for Round Rock this past Friday, so he figures to be relatively limited from a pitch-count perspective while he takes the hill on three days' rest rather than the typical four. Owen White will also be called up from Double-A Frisco to provide length out of the bullpen.
