Moran struck out a batter and worked around a hit over 1.1 scoreless innings out of the bullpen in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Brewers before he was lifted from the contest with a bruised right calf, Dave Campbell of the Associated Press reports.

The injury is considered a minor concern and doesn't look to be anything that will keep Moran unavailable for more than a day or two. The 25-year-old lefty lowered his season ERA to 1.13 with the scoreless showing Tuesday.

The Twins optioned Winder to Triple-A St. Paul on Wednesday, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

Winder's demotion comes after he was saddled with his third loss of the season Tuesday against the Brewers, who blasted him for five earned runs on four hits and two walks over five innings. A solid showing versus Milwaukee would have set the stage for Winder to make his second start of the week Sunday against the White Sox, but Chris Archer (hip) now appears likely to be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Minnesota's final game before the All-Star break.

Pilkington (1-2) took the loss in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the White Sox, giving up four runs (three earned) on six hits and a walk over five innings. He struck out three.

Two of the hits off Pilkington left the yard, as Jose Abreu homered in the first inning and Josh Harrison in the second. The southpaw was serving as Cleveland's 27th man for the twin bill and will likely be headed back to Triple-A Columbus, as his 4.24 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 37:21 K:BB through 40.1 innings in the majors don't make a strong case for a regular spot on the Guardians' staff.

Warren (triceps) allowed a hit in a scoreless inning during Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Astros.

Warren returned from a nearly month-long absence with a left triceps strain and delivered a solid seventh inning Tuesday. He allowed two runs over 5.2 innings in five rehab appearances with Triple-A Salt Lake. The right-hander has yet to record a save or a hold this season, which was previously interrupted due to a broken nose. Warren has a 3.65 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 7:5 K:BB through 12.1 major-league innings, and he should remain in a low-to-mid-leverage role.

Otto didn't factor into the decision during Tuesday's 14-7 loss to Oakland, allowing four runs on six hits and one walk with three strikeouts in 4.1 innings.

Otto surrendered a single run in the second inning before permitting four baserunners and three runs in the fifth, prompting his removal. The 26-year-old has now allowed a total of 14 runs over his last 15.1 innings across four starts, pushing his ERA from 4.24 to 5.50 in the process. Otto is tentatively penciled in for one more start Sunday at home against Seattle prior to the All-Star break.

Pressly struck out two in a perfect inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Angels.

Kyle Tucker's RBI double in the ninth inning gave the Astros a one-run lead, and Pressly was able to make it stand. He threw nine of his 15 pitches for strikes. The right-hander has tossed six straight perfect innings in his last six appearances, earning five saves and a win in that span. He's posted a 3.24 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 26:8 K:BB through 25 innings overall while going 19-for-22 in save chances.

Trivino allowed two runs on three hits with three strikeouts in one inning during Tuesday's 14-7 victory against the Rangers, blowing the save in the process.

Trivino entered in the ninth inning to protect a two-run lead and surrendered a leadoff solo shot to Corey Seager followed by two straight two-out hits to blow his second save of the campaign. The 30-year-old had allowed just one run over his last 7.2 innings across eight appearances prior to Tuesday's hiccup, though he still owns an unsightly 7.11 ERA and 2.05 WHIP in 25.1 innings.

Rangers president Jon Daniels said Tuesday that Alexy will shift to the bullpen at Triple-A Round Rock, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Alexy failed to make Texas' Opening Day rotation and has struggled as a starter for Triple-A Round Rock this year with a 6.43 ERA, 1.73 WHIP and 74:39 K:BB across 70 innings. The 24-year-old will now move to the bullpen in hopes of straightening things out.

Holmes (4-1) gave up four earned runs on two hits, a walk, and two hit batters without recording an out to take the loss in a 4-3 defeat to the Reds on Tuesday.

Holmes has been one of the most dominant relievers in all of baseball this season, but he struggled immensely with his control in this outing, hitting Tyler Stephenson to load the basis and then later hitting Kyle Farmer to give up his second run of the inning. After Holmes was pulled from the game, he was responsible for the two runners who came in to score on a Jonathan India single off Wandy Peralta. Prior to this appearance, Holmes had only given up two earned runs all season. If he can bounce back soon, he should maintain his hold on the closer role in New York.

Romano gave up one hit and no walks while striking out one in a clean ninth inning to pick up the save in a 4-3 win over the Phillies on Tuesday.

With the Blue Jays clinging to a one-run lead going into the bottom of the ninth, manager Charlie Montoyo called on Romano to close the door on the bottom part of the Phillies' lineup. Romano gave up a leadoff single but got three consecutive outs to earn save No. 19 on the season. Romano has now pitched six consecutive scoreless outings and has not given up an earned run in July. The 29-year-old power arm continues to show why he is locked in as Toronto's closer.
