Coulombe (undisclosed) was activated from the injured list Tuesday, Conor Foley of The Times-Tribune reports.

Coulombe was on the 7-day injured list, but he's been activated and will rejoin Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. He was erratic in his last action at the big-league level with the Athletics, with a 4.56 ERA in 23.2 innings last season, so he'd likely only be in line for a callup to the Yankees in an emergency situation.

Honeywell (elbow) is battling nerve irritation, a second opinion from Dr. James Andrews confirmed Monday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Honeywell originally would have been expected to return around this time following Tommy John surgery in February of 2018 but now faces an unclear timetable following this setback. He'll avoid throwing for a week and will then be re-evaluated Monday, at which point a clearer picture could emerge.

Bummer worked around a walk in one-third of an inning to record his second hold in Monday's 5-2 win over the Indians.

Bummer was used as the bridge from starter Reynaldo Lopez to closer Alex Colome, a nod to the good work he's done since being called up from Triple-A Charlotte. He's allowed two hits and two walks over 9.1 scoreless innings since his promotion and appears to be in the mix for high-leverage and setup work. The eighth inning had been the domain of Kelvin Herrera, but he's allowed runs in six of his last 10 appearances, a stretch that includes 14 hits, six walks and 10 runs allowed.

De Leon (elbow), who fired three scoreless innings in which he allowed two hits and a walk while recording a strikeout in High-A Charlotte's win over St. Lucie last Thursday, is slated to continue his rehab with multiple appearances at Triple-A Durham, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

De Leon's second outing was exponentially better than his first, an appearance in which he'd allowed a pair of earned runs over 1.2 innings. The right-hander worked up to 41 pitches, 26 of which found the strike zone. De Leon's next rehab appearance could come two levels higher at Triple-A Durham according to Toribio, who adds that De Leon could be ready to return in early June.

Robles did not allow a hit and struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning to record his fourth save in a 5-4 win over the Twins on Monday.

Robles shut the door, making quick work of the Twins to nail down his fourth save of the season. He has only allowed one hit in three appearances after giving up three runs May 5 against the Astros. Robles has a 1-0 record with a 3.79 ERA and four saves through 19 innings.

Colome gave up no hits in a scoreless ninth inning to record his eighth save in a 5-2 win over the Indians.

Colome made quick work of the Indians to nail down his eighth save. The 25-year-old had a nice bounce back performance after giving up a run in his last appearance. Colome has a 1-0 record with a 2.12 ERA with eight saves through 17 innings this season.

Lopez (3-4) gave up two runs (one earned) on two hits and two walks while striking out six through 7.2 innings, taking the win over the Indians on Monday.

A leadoff home run from Francisco Lindor was the only earned run given up in a fantastic performance by Lopez. The 25-year-old induced 15 swinging strikes in his longest outing of the season. He has a 3-4 record with a 5.58 ERA through nine starts. Lopez will make his next start Sunday against the Blue Jays.

Pop is scheduled to undergo Tommy John surgery Tuesday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

This is a tough blow for Pop, who had a 0.84 ERA and 9.3 K/9 in 10.2 innings with Double-A Bowie prior to suffering the injury. He'll likely remain sidelined until summer of 2020 after undergoing the procedure.

Duffey was recalled from Triple-A Rochester on Monday.

Duffey has pitched well in the major leagues this season, posting a 1.42 ERA with 10 punchouts over 6.1 innings, and he'll get another opportunity out of the bullpen. Jake Cave was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.

Garcia was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday with a lumbar spine muscle spasm.

Garcia apparently picked up the issue during his outing against the Orioles on Sunday, during which he issued two walks and allowed a hit in a scoreless inning of relief. It's unclear how long the issue will keep Garcia sidelined at this point; he'll be eligible to return May 23, should he prove ready. Taylor Cole was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake in a corresponding move.
