Colome posted a four-out save with three strikeouts in a 2-0 victory against the Indians on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old was very sharp despite this being his first save opportunity since April 29. Before Tuesday, he had only pitched one time since then. Colome won't receive a ton of save chances with the White Sox, but he's off to a very strong start. He is 7-for-7 in save chances with a 1.98 ERA, 0.73 WHIP and 16 strikeouts in 15 innings.

Norris (1-1) took the loss Tuesday against the Angels, allowing three earned runs on five hits over five innings. He walked two and struck out two.

Norris pitched decently, but Detroit hitters could only muster two runs on five hits. The lefty has been solid, if unspectacular, this season, as he now has a 3.81 ERA and 21:9 K:BB through 28.1 innings. It's a step in the right direction for Norris after he posted ERAs above 5.00 in each of the last two years. The 26-year-old is lined up to take the hill again Sunday against the Twins.

Mata was placed on the minor-league injured list Tuesday with a mild right shoulder strain, Alex Speier of The Boston Globe reports.

Mata has been off to a great start at High-A Salem with a 2.15 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 31:11 K:BB over 29.1 innings. The 20-year-old's shoulder stain was described as mild, so he may not require an extended stay on the injured list.

Honeywell (elbow) was shut down from throwing Tuesday due to potential nerve issue in his upper arm, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Honeywell recently resumed playing catch after being shut down because of right elbow soreness in mid-April, and is now dealing with a possible nerve issue. The 24-year-old underwent Tommy John surgery in February 2018 and originally planned a mid-summer return, but he's now facing an uncertain timetable.

Manager Bob Melvin said that Treinen (elbow) is available to pitch Tuesday versus the Reds, Rusty Simmons of The San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Treinen was unavailable Saturday and Sunday due to right elbow discomfort and hasn't seen game action in over a week, but has apparently progressed enough to be cleared for a return. However, it wouldn't be surprising to see the Athletics remain somewhat cautious with his usage in the near term.

Johnson (elbow) threw a simulated game Tuesday and is expected to throw another before beginning a rehab assignment, Alex Speier of The Boston Globe reports.

Johnson has been out for over a month with elbow inflammation. His return date remains unclear.

Honeywell (elbow) has resumed playing catch but has not yet been cleared to resume throwing off a mound, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Honeywell has been working his way back from Tommy John surgery but suffered a setback after experiencing soreness following an extended-spring outing in mid-April. It remains unclear when he's expected to get back on the mound.

Treinen (elbow) is not expected to go on the injured list, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Anytime "elbow discomfort" is mentioned, panic ensues, but it seems in Treinen's case it's a manageable issue. He was unavailable Saturday and Sunday with what Treinen said he believed was tendinitis, but he reported improvement after taking anti-inflammatory medication. Lou Trivino could get a look in the closer role if Treinen's injury lingers longer than the A's anticipate.

Weber is being considered to make a spot start next Sunday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports. The newly added right-hander hurled four scoreless innings in Monday's 4-1 loss to Baltimore.

Weber started the day in Rhode Island, flew to Baltimore after his contract was selected, then had a bullpen-saving performance Monday night when starter Josh A. Smith was gone after 3.1 innings. He featured a slider, cutter and changeup Monday, giving batters a different look than they typically see in the majors. "It's not like the radar gun isn't going to get your eye," manager Alex Cora said, "but the movement will be there." The Red Sox are navigating a rotation that doesn't have David Price (elbow) or Nathan Eovaldi (elbow), so Weber becomes an intriguing option for the manager. Both Weber and Smith are being considered for Sunday's start against the Mariners.

Junis (3-3) took the loss Monday as the Royals were downed 6-4 by the Astros, giving up five runs on nine hits -- including three home runs -- and two walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out three.

After a couple of solid starts, Junis fell victim to the long ball once again. The right-hander continues to live around the strike zone, having walked more than two batters only once in eight outings, but he hasn't been fooling enough batters to thrive with that approach. He'll take a 5.52 ERA and 37:15 K:BB through 44 innings into his next start Sunday, at home against the Phillies.
