Garcia recorded the last out of the game to secure a save in Sunday's game against the Mariners.

Garcia was called upon after the Angels' bullpen imploded in the ninth, culminating in Cody Allen surrendering a three-run homer to Mitch Haniger to cut the lead to two. However, Garcia got Edwin Encarnacion to pop out to end the game and earn his first save of the season. Though Allen has struggled to begin the campaign, he remains in place as the team's closer for the time being, which will limit Garcia's save chances.

Lopez struck out eight and allowed three runs (two earned) on seven hits in a 4-3 loss to the Tigers on Sunday.

Lopez didn't get much support from the offense, which didn't score during his six innings, and he was a victim of shoddy outfield defense. After an ugly first three starts, Lopez has returned to his 2018 form over the last two outings, both quality starts. He'll look to retain that form in his next start Saturday at home against these same Tigers.

Miller (1-1) yielded four runs (three earned) on five hits and two walks, earning the win over Houston on Sunday. He struck out three batters and gave up two homers.

It certainly wasn't pretty, but Miller will happily take his first win of what's been a hideous start to 2019. He's thrown just 15.1 innings in four starts with a 7.63 ERA and a horrid 6:13 K:BB. Things won't get easier for Miller as he'll face Seattle on Friday.

McHugh (3-2) allowed 10 runs (nine earned) on eight hits and a walk in 3.1 innings against Texas on Sunday. He struck out one in the loss.

McHugh entered Sunday with a 1.96 ERA and walked out after raising it to 4.78. He never got anything going and allowed back-to-back homers to Hunter Pence and Logan Forsythe during the third inning. McHugh will try to forget about this one and get back in the win column against Cleveland on Friday.

Rogers struck out one and gave up one run on two hits and one walk to earn his third save of the season in a 4-3 win over the Orioles on Sunday.

A day after getting the save in a two-inning appearance, Rogers kept it interesting by hitting a batter immediately and allowing four baserunners before securing the save. Blake Parker has been battling illness and was not available, but Rogers could still see occasional save opportunities. The left-hander has a 2.31 ERA with a 11.6 K/9 through 10 appearances this season.

Manager Chris Woodward said that Leclerc will remain the Rangers' closer despite another shaky outing Sunday against the Astros, T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com reports.

Leclerc was pulled in the ninth inning after allowing two earned runs on a hit and four walks while striking out one across two-thirds of an inning. However, Woodward gave Leclerc a vote of confidence after the game, saying he was still the team's closer and further elaborating that Leclerc's struggles may be the result of tipping his pitches. It's been a rough start to the campaign, as Leclerc has a 7.88 ERA and 1.88 WHIP across eight innings with nine strikeouts and seven walks.

Brasier struck out one in a perfect 11th inning to earn the save over Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Brasier had quite the weekend in Florida, notching three saves during Boston's series sweep over the Rays. The 31-year-old looks to be running away with the closer job with a 1.59 ERA and 11:2 K:BB in 11.1 innings this season.

Lopez struck out six and gave up five runs (four earned) on eight hits and one walk over seven innings in a no-decision against the Yankees on Sunday.

Lopez was able to get through seven innings and was in line for the loss, but the Royals scored six runs in the eighth inning to get him off the hook. The 26-year-old continues to have problems with the long ball as he allowed a three-run homer to Clint Frazier in this contest. Lopez has given up seven home runs and has a 4.50 ERA over five starts this season and is expected to start against the Angels next Saturday.

Norris (1-0) struck out six over five scoreless innings while allowing just two hits and a walk to earn the win over the White Sox on Sunday.

Making his first start of the season, Norris kept the White Sox off balance all day, and he fired 56 of his 79 pitches for strikes in an efficient outing. With Matt Moore (knee) out for the season, Norris should stick in the rotation for the time being. The lefty is lined up to face the White Sox again on the road next Friday.

Robles will work as the opener Sunday against the Mariners, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Jaime Barria was expected to make this start, but he will instead come in later as the primary pitcher. Robles will face Mitch Haniger, Domingo Santana and Edwin Encarnacion to start off the game. This will be his first career start.
