Hand was placed on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to Sept. 22, with left elbow tendinitis.

Hand hasn't pitched since he surrendered four runs (three earned) over one-third of an inning Sept. 20 versus Toronto, and he'll now be unavailable for the next couple weeks. The veteran left-hander will miss the rest of the regular season but will be eligible to return early in the playoffs, should the Phillies qualify.

Floro picked up the save in Saturday's 4-1 victory over Washington. He did not allow a baserunner while striking out one over one inning.

Floro has allowed only one run in 12 innings during his last 11 appearances and has converted on four of five save opportunities in September (the most save opportunities he's received in any month during 2022). The righty has wild home/road splits with a 1.71 ERA and 0.95 WHIP over 26.1 innings at home compared to a 4.91 ERA and 1.32 WHIP over 22 innings away from Miami.

Jansen did not allow a baserunner and struck out one over a scoreless inning of work to earn the save in a 6-3 victory over the Phillies on Saturday.

It was business as usual for Jansen, who made quick work of the Phillies on 12 pitches, 10 of which he threw for strikes. He ended the game emphatically with a high heater that caused Bryson Stott to go around with an off-balance swing. Jansen now has 37 saves, second most in all of MLB behind only Emmanuel Clase.

Treinen (shoulder) did not resume throwing Saturday as expected, but the Dodgers are hoping he can start throwing again soon, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Manager Dave Roberts said earlier in the day that there's only a "small chance" Treinen is activated before the end of the regular season. However, if Treinen is cleared to pick up a baseball soon, he could still make the NLDS roster. Shoulder trouble has limited Treinen to just a handful of appearances this season after he led the team in appearances with 72 a season ago.

Junis will pitch behind opener Scott Alexander as the bulk reliever Sunday against the Diamondbacks, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

In theory, Junis should have a better chance at earning the win when following an opener, though the right-hander should still be viewed as a high-risk streaming option. He hasn't recorded a win since June 10 and sits with a 6.60 ERA since the beginning of August.

Alexander will start Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks as the opener, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Jakob Junis hasn't had much success lately (7.13 ERA in his last five appearances), so manager Gabe Kapler will throw the lefty Alexander in front of Junis and give Arizona a couple different looks early. Alexander has been excellent since joining the major-league team in San Francisco (1.38 ERA, 0.77 WHIP), but he hasn't thrown more than 1.1 innings in an appearance.

Szapucki was removed from Saturday's game against the Diamondbacks with right hip tightness, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Szapucki tossed a couple scoreless innings behind starting pitcher Alex Cobb, needing just 20 pitches to record six outs. It seems he would have continued on if not for the hip injury. If this turns out to be more than a day-to-day issue, Szapucki will finish the campaign with a 9.00 ERA and 16:5 K:BB in nine big-league appearances (one start) between the Mets and Giants.

Jackson was recalled by the Dodgers on Saturday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Jackson will be spending his third separate stint on the active roster in September alone. He was most recently demoted Tuesday but is needed again after Dustin May (back) landed on the injured list.

Colome returned from bereavement leave Saturday.

Colome had been away from his teammates since Sunday. He owns a 5.20 ERA and 1.64 WHIP on the season and hasn't picked up a single save in the second half, so he's unlikely to return to a particularly high-leverage role. Noah Davis was optioned to clear space for his return.

Moreta was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Saturday.

Moreta was called up by the Reds last week and allowed two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out six in 4.2 innings over three appearances during his time in the majors. However, he'll head back to Louisville after Graham Ashcraft (biceps) was reinstated from the 15-day injured list.
