Graveman experienced tightness in his back while throwing a bullpen session Saturday, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

Graveman will be sent to undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury. Arizona manager Torey Lovullo described the issue as "nothing too alarming." Graveman signed with the Diamondbacks after camp opened and has yet to appear in a Cactus League game.

Hurt (elbow) was been playing catch, per MLB.com.

Hurt underwent Tommy John surgery last July. Though his ability to begin playing catch indicates he has taken a positive step in his rehab, the righty hurler isn't expected to return to game action this season.

Jarvis was reassigned to minor-league camp by the Dodgers on Sunday.

Jarvis signed a minor-league contract with the Dodgers in November, appearing in three games during spring training, giving up five earned runs on five hits and four walks while striking out six batters over four innings. The right-hander will likely begin the 2025 season with Triple-A Oklahoma City after he produced a 6.04 ERA and 1.76 WHIP with 39 strikeouts over 47.2 innings in 19 appearances, including five starts, with Triple-A Syracuse in 2024.

Fernandez was reassigned to minor-league camp by the Dodgers on Sunday.

Fernandez will head to minor-league camp after participating in spring training as a non-roster invitee, surrendering seven runs on four hits and three walks while striking out two batters over 2.1 innings in three appearances with the Dodgers. The right-hander hasn't pitched in the United States since 2023, and he'll look to stick around the Dodgers minor-league system to start 2025.

Pannone left during the first inning of Sunday's spring game against the Guardians due to a forearm injury, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Pannone struggled in his short outing Sunday, during which he allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits and one walk across just one-third of an inning before being pulled. He'll be evaluated over the coming days to determine the severity of the injury, but it's a setback in Pannone's quest to break into the Brewers' rotation following a solid 2024 season in Triple-A in which he posted a 3.54 ERA and 136:38 K:BB over 152.1 innings.

Kuhl was reassigned to minor-league camp by Atlanta on Sunday.

Kuhl signed a minor-league contract with Atlanta on Feb. 5 after appearing in 31 games for the White Sox during the 2024 regular season, during which he posted a 5.06 ERA and 1.52 WHIP across 53.1 innings. Kuhl will likely begin the 2025 campaign with Triple-A Gwinnett, but some strong minor-league outings could lead to him rejoining Atlanta in the majors.

Thompson has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 left lat strain and will not throw for 3-to-4 weeks, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Thompson was battling for a spot on the Cardinals' Opening Day roster in spring training, but the 27-year-old southpaw has suffered a significant setback that could lead to him starting the regular season on the injured list. He spent most of 2024 with Triple-A Memphis, but he had five major-league outings (including two starts) with St. Louis and posted a 9.53 ERA and 1.88 WHIP across 17 innings.

The Cardinals optioned Horn to Triple-A Memphis on Sunday, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

The left-hander was claimed off waivers by St. Louis in January but won't end up making the Opening Day roster. Horn made his MLB debut with the Red Sox last season and had a 6.50 ERA, 1.78 WHIP and 13:10 K:BB over 18 innings.

Kowar (elbow) was placed on the 60-day injured list Sunday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander missed all of last season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in March, and it's not a major surprise he'll be unavailable for at least the first two months of the 2025 season. Kowar has been throwing bullpen sessions and could be ready to face live batters before the end of spring training.

The Mariners claimed Martinez off waivers from the Marlins on Sunday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Seattle will be Martinez's fourth team of the offseason after he finished the 2024 campaign with Houston. The 30-year-old made 44 regular-season appearances for the Astros last season and had a 3.59 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 36:18 K:BB across 52.2 innings.
