Chapman secured the save Monday against Baltimore, allowing one hit and one walk in a scoreless ninth inning. He struck out two.

The Orioles made Chapman work, getting the possible tying and go-ahead runs aboard, but Tyler O'Neill hit a tough-luck lineout to Tsung-Che Cheng to end the game. Chapman has now submitted five straight scoreless appearances and last blew a save during his June 28 outing against the Yankees. Through 31.2 innings, the hard-throwing southpaw sports a 1.99 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 40:15 K:BB with 22 saves in 24 chances.

Harris (forearm) struck out a batter and allowed two runs on three hits and one walk Friday for Triple-A Worcester after being reinstated from the 60-day injured list.

Harris got off to a delayed start to the 2026 campaign after being placed on Worcester's 60-day IL in March due to forearm tightness. He's since put the injury behind him, as he was cleared to debut for Worcester coming out of the All-Star break after making three rehab appearances in the rookie-level Florida Complex League.

Mederos secured his first career save Monday against San Diego, allowing one hit and one walk in 2.1 scoreless innings. He struck out one.

Closer Raisel Iglesias had worked each of the past two days for Atlanta, so manager Walt Weiss stuck with Mederos to protect a 3-2 lead and gave his usual high-leverage arms the night off. The 25-year-old right-hander has almost exclusively handled low-leverage work in 2026 and shouldn't be expected to see save chances in the future, though he does hold an excellent 0.96 ERA, 0.75 WHIP and 7:2 K:BB over 9.1 innings.

Cruz earned the save in Monday's 8-5 win over the Pirates, striking out three batters across 1.1 scoreless frames.

David Bednar tossed 32 pitches during the second game of Sunday's doubleheader against the Dodgers, so he wasn't available for Monday's contest. Cruz was brought out in the eighth inning and proceeded to strike out three of the four batters he faced en route to his second save of the season, matching a career high he set last year. Cruz has a 2.32 ERA. 1.24 WHIP and 55:24 K:BB across 42.2 innings.

Anderson will be recalled from Triple-A St. Paul ahead of Tuesday's game against the Guardians, Ari Alexander of 7 News Boston reports.

Anderson's last big-league appearance dates back to April 21, when he allowed one run on four hits while fanning two over two innings as a member of the Red Sox. The Twins claimed him off waivers July 11, and he'll likely make his team debut Tuesday in a bulk-relief role behind opening pitcher Kendry Rojas.

Go was optioned to Triple-A St. Paul on Monday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Go was knocked around for three runs on four hits while picking up a pair of strikeouts over one inning during Monday's 13-4 loss to the Guardians. The Twins will likely call up a fresh arm to follow Kendry Rojas, who is slated to serve as the opener for Tuesday's matchup.

Rojas will serve as the Twins' opening pitcher for Tuesday's game against the Guardians, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Rojas most recently worked one inning out of the bullpen Saturday against the Cubs, and he'll most likely be limited to between one and three frames Tuesday before giving way to a bulk reliever. The Twins cleared a spot on the big-league roster after Monday's game by optioning Woo-suk Go to Triple-A St. Paul, meaning the club will likely call up a fresh arm ahead of Tuesday's contest.

Pivetta (forearm) will throw a live batting practice session this week, Annie Heilbrunn of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

It's a big step for Pivetta, who will face hitters for the first time since going down with a right flexor strain in mid-April. The veteran right-hander could be ready for rehab assignment if his live BP goes well, but he will require several rehab starts to get built back up before rejoining the Padres' rotation.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts on Monday did not rule out Diaz (elbow) being activated from the 60-day injured list during this weekend's series against the Mets, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Diaz underwent surgery in late April to remove loose bodies in his right elbow. He's made four rehab appearances, facing just one over the minimum while logging a 7:1 K:BB over four innings. Diaz has not yet appeared in back-to-back games on his rehab assignment, and the Dodgers likely want him to check that box before he's reinstated. The 32-year-old Diaz is a safe bet to get his closer job back, but the Dodgers could have him make a lower-leverage appearance or two first.

The Marlins recalled Brzykcy from Triple-A Jacksonville on Monday.

Brzykcy has spent nearly all of the season at Jacksonville, where he's logged a 4.09 ERA and 35:19 K:BB over 33 innings. The right-hander will operate in low-leverage relief.
