Oller came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 6-2 loss to Atlanta, giving up two runs on eight hits and two walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out seven.

The right-hander fell one out short of his second quality start as a Marlin, getting lifted after 92 pitches (61 strikes). Oller has given the beleaguered Miami rotation consistent innings, but that's about it -- he's lasted at least five frames in six of his seven outings, but he's walked multiple batters in all seven en route to a 5.06 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 33:20 K:BB through 37.1 innings. Oller lines up to make his final start of the season on the road next weekend in Toronto.

Brieske (3-4) tossed two scoreless innings of relief to earn the win Saturday against the Orioles. He walked one and struck out one.

Brieske pitched the last two innings of the game, which went into extra innings, and he earned the win when the Tigers scored twice in the top of the 10th. The righty has been a versatile reliever for Detroit this season, often working as a opener and giving the team multiple innings. He has a 3.65 ERA and 65 strikeouts across 61.2 innings this year.

Yarbrough is expected to serve as a bulk reliever behind opening pitcher Ryan Burr in Sunday's game against the Rays, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

The lefty hasn't made a start for Toronto since being acquired at the trade deadline July 30, but he should be ticketed for his third outing as a bulk reliever behind Burr. When Burr previously made one- and two-inning starts Aug. 22 against the Angels and Sept. 9 versus the Mets, respectively, Yarbrough followed him and covered five and 3.2 innings out of the bullpen. Yarbrough will be pitching on three days' rest Sunday after logging two scoreless innings out of the bullpen Wednesday against the Rangers.

Diaz struck out two in 1.1 perfect innings of relief Saturday to record his 19th save of the season in a 6-3 win over the Phillies.

The right-hander fanned Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper en route to his fifth straight save conversion. Diaz has been scored upon only once in his last 12 appearances, posting a 0.79 ERA, 0.53 WHIP and 21:1 K:BB through 11.1 innings over that stretch, and he appears to be back in elite form as the Mets try to lock down a playoff spot.

Burr will serve as the Blue Jays' opening pitcher for Sunday's game against the Rays, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

He'll draw his third opener assignment of the season and his second of September. In his previous two starts, Burr covered one and two innings, so expect him to fall somewhere in that range again Sunday before he turns the game over to the bullpen. Ryan Yarbrough is expected to work in bulk relief behind Burr.

Scott picked up the save in a win over the White Sox on Saturday, allowing one hit and one walk over a scoreless 1.2 innings while striking out three.

Scott took the mound in the eighth inning with the bases loaded and one out. He got Dominic Fletcher to ground into a double play to end the threat, then returned for the top of the ninth with a four-run lead. In that frame, Scott got the first two batters to go down on strikes before allowing a single to Chuckie Robinson and then a walk to Miguel Vargas. However, the right-handed reliever managed to get the last batter to go down swinging for the final out, notching his 22nd save of the campaign and only his second this month. It also marked Scott's fourth outing this season in which he posted at least three strikeouts, and he now carries a robust 17:5 K:BB in September. Robert Suarez remains San Diego's preferred recipient of save opportunities, but manager Mike Shildt didn't deploy him Saturday after the right-hander blew a save and threw 27 pitches Friday.

Moll (shoulder impingement) is being shut down for the season, MLB.com reports.

The Reds want Moll to focus on offseason treatments. The left-hander had been dealing with a shoulder injury since mid-June, but it worsened Sept. 6 while he was warming up in the bullpen. Moll ends the year with a 3.35 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, 38 strikeouts and 14 walks over 37.2 innings.

Helsley earned a save against the Guardians on Saturday, striking out all three batters he faced in a perfect ninth inning.

Helsley had just a one-run lead to work with upon entering in the ninth frame, but he made things look easy by notching three punchouts on 12 pitches. The right-hander continued an excellent season in which he's tied for the major-league lead with 46 saves while posting a 2.12 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 77:23 K:BB over 63.2 innings. Helsley has really had his strikeout stuff working of late, as he's registered multiple strikeouts in five of his past six appearances and has posted a 15:1 K:BB over seven frames during that stretch.

Roupp (1-1) earned the win against the Royals on Saturday, allowing three hits and three walks with three strikeouts over five scoreless innings.

Roupp was given a 1-0 lead in the first inning and pitched well enough to earn his first major-league victory. The 26-year-old has completed five frames in each of his three starts this season and has allowed just two earned runs across 20 September innings. On the year, he owns a 2.70 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 43:24 K:BB across 46.2 total innings between the rotation and bullpen.

Rasmussen earned the save against the Blue Jays on Saturday, striking out three over two perfect innings.

Rasmussen totaled 28 pitches over two innings and earned his first save since 2021. The 29-year-old has posted a 2.55 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 29:6 K:BB across 24.2 innings this season while working as an opener and reliever.
