The Diamondbacks reinstated Sulser (shoulder) from the 60-day injured list Sunday.

Sulser won a spot in Arizona's Opening Day bullpen but made just three appearances before landing on the IL on April 7 with a right shoulder strain. After a lengthy recovery followed by a near-month-long rehab assignment between the rookie-level Arizona Complex League and Triple-A Reno, Sulser is finally ready to rejoin the Diamondbacks. Even though Arizona's closing situation remains somewhat unsettled, Sulser isn't expected to factor into the late-inning mix right away and may have to settle for lower-leverage work initially.

Jackson (elbow) allowed two earned runs on two solo home runs while also recording two strikeouts over one inning in Single-A Stockton's win over Lake Elsinore on Saturday.

Jackson's second rehab outing certainly didn't go as smoothly as the first, when he fired a perfect frame Wednesday. However, Jackson still toughed out a difficult inning and recorded a pair of strikeouts along the way, firing 11 of his 17 pitches for strikes. Despite the somewhat rocky appearance Saturday, Jackson will move up to Triple-A Las Vegas for his next rehab outing Tuesday, per Martin Gallegos of MLB.com.

Blach is slated to start Sunday's game against the Athletics at Coors Field, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

After making his most recent appearance -- and his first since July 1 -- as the Rockies' opening pitcher last Sunday in Miami, Blach will draw another starting assignment. The veteran southpaw worked three innings and 41 pitches his last time out against Miami before turning the game over to the bullpen, but he could be able to reach five innings and thus qualify for the win Sunday if he's economical with his pitch count. Even so, Blach won't make for a recommended streaming option even in deeper leagues while he'll be pitching in the unforgiving confines of Coors Field.

Munoz (2-4) took the loss against the Diamondbacks on Saturday, surrendering an earned run on a hit and a walk over one inning. He also committed a balk.

Entrusted with preserving a 3-3 tie when he entered in his usual eighth-inning slot, Munoz got into trouble immediately by walking leadoff hitter Corbin Carroll, advancing him to second base on a balk, allowing his steal of third and subsequently surrendering a go-ahead single to Dominic Canzone. The Mariners couldn't overcome the one-run deficit in the ninth, marking Munoz's third straight losing decision dating back to July 8. It's been a bit of a rockier month than usual for the hard-throwing right-hander, who's accompanied his five holds and one save in that span with three defeats and a blown save opportunity across 12.1 innings.

Faucher was optioned to Triple-A Durham on Sunday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Faucher was roughed up for six runs over two innings Saturday in Houston, and the outing will cost him his spot on the big-league roster. Erasmo Ramirez had his contract selected in a corresponding move.

The Nationals recalled Willingham from Triple-A Rochester on Sunday, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

Washington had optioned Willingham to Triple-A on Wednesday, but he'll be eligible to rejoin the Nationals just four days later since fellow reliever Rico Garcia (biceps) was placed on the 15-day injured list in a corresponding move. Willingham is expected to handle a low-leverage role out of the Nationals bullpen while he's up with the big club.

The Nationals placed Garcia on the 15-day injured list Sunday with right biceps tendinitis, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

Right-hander Amos Willingham was called up from Triple-A Rochester to take Garcia's spot on the 26-man active roster and in the Washington bullpen. Garcia made three relief appearances for the Nationals after being called up from Rochester on July 19, covering three innings and striking out four while allowing four earned runs on six hits and one walk.

The Twins reinstated Thielbar (oblique) from the 15-day injured list Sunday.

Thielbar will rejoin the Minnesota bullpen for the first time since early June after he recently completed a two-appearance rehab assignment at Triple-A St. Paul in which he struck out two over two scoreless innings. The left-hander was one of the Twins' top setup options in both of the previous two seasons, but he's been limited to just 10.1 innings at the big-league level in 2023 due to oblique injuries.

The Brewers recalled Stzelecki from Triple-A Nashville on Sunday.

Strzelecki had been a key setup man for Milwaukee through the first two months of the season, but he failed to record a hold or save and turned in a 5.73 ERA and 1.27 WHIP in his final 10 appearances for the Brewers before being optioned to Nashville on June 28. He allowed earned runs in each of his three appearances upon being demoted to Triple-A but had been sharp of late, allowing one unearned run on one hit and no walks while striking out six over four innings in his most recent four outings. It's unclear if the Brewers plan to immediately incorporate Strzelecki as part of the bridge to closer Devin Williams or if he'll first have to work in lower-leverage spots before working his way up the bullpen pecking order.

The Mets recalled Nittoli from Triple-A Syracuse ahead of Sunday's game against the Nationals, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

Nittoli was summoned from Triple-A to fill the opening on the 26-man active roster that was created Saturday when the Mets dealt right-hander Max Scherzer to the Rangers. The Mets haven't named a replacement in the rotation for Scherzer, but Nittoli will be available in the meantime as an extra arm out of the bullpen. He previously made a pair of relief appearances with New York earlier this season but has otherwise spent the bulk of the campaign at the Triple-A level between the Mets and Cubs organizations. He hasn't been particularly sharp during his stint with Syracuse, logging a 9.26 ERA, 1.96 WHIP and 13:8 K:BB in 11.2 innings.
