Perales was promoted from Single-A Salem to High-A Greenville on July 14.

Perales, a 20-year-old righty, notched a 2.09 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 57 strikeouts in 38.2 innings over his last eight starts at Single-A. He has a monster fastball that sits in the upper-90s and an improving slider.

Rodriguez was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Rodriguez will make his long-awaited return to the Orioles rotation Monday against the Dodgers at Camden Yards. The right-hander gets a tough matchup in his return to the big leagues, and things won't get any easier later this week, when he's expected to receive another turn through the rotation on the road against the first-place Rays. Nonetheless, Rodriguez's upside warrants a roster spot in fantasy leagues even if managers don't intend to use him right away. The young right-hander posted a 1.69 ERA in 37.1 innings at Norfolk after being optioned in late May.

Kikuchi did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and three walks over 4.2 innings against the Diamondbacks. He struck out four.

Though Kikuchi only allowed two hits, he continuously put himself in difficult situations, walking three batters and hitting two others during 4.1 innings of work. The first run against Kikuchi came on an errant pickoff attempt that allowed Lourdes Gurriel to score in the first frame, while the second run came on a wild pitch that plated Nick Ahmed in the third. Kikuchi's lack of control was uncharacteristic, as he hadn't walked more than two batters in six straight appearances and had only hit one batter leading up to Sunday's outing. Kikuchi will look to regain his command in his next projected start, which is lined up to come against the Mariners at T-Mobile Park.

Cole allowed a run on two hits and a walk while striking out 11 over six innings in a no-decision versus the Rockies on Sunday.

Cole was dominant, limiting the damage to a solo shot by Michael Toglia in the second inning. The same couldn't be said for the Yankees' bullpen, which let two leads slip away in the 8-7 extra-innings loss. Cole has earned quality starts in all but one of his eight starts since the beginning of June. The All-Star has a 2.78 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 134:35 K:BB through 123 innings over 20 starts this season. He's projected for a favorable home start versus the Royals in his next outing.

Anderson did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing one run on five hits and two walks over three innings against Houston. He struck out five.

Anderson needed 85 pitches to get through just three frames in the inefficient outing. On the bright side, he forced 15 whiffs, and he's hit that mark in four of his last six outings. The 33-year-old still owns a disappointing 5.17 ERA with a 73:39 K:BB through 87 innings. Anderson's next outing is projected to be at home against the Pirates.

Bibee allowed two runs on five hits and a walk while striking out six over six innings in a no-decision Sunday versus the Rangers.

Bibee effectively quieted a dangerous lineup despite giving up a solo home run to Marcus Semien to lead off the bottom of the first inning. Prior to Sunday, Bibee had walked multiple batters in each of his last six outings, though he'd also given up more than three runs just once in that span. The rookie right-hander has maintained a solid 3.32 ERA despite a lackluster 1.26 WHIP and 77:28 K:BB over 76 innings through 14 starts. With Shane Bieber (elbow) and Cal Quantrill (shoulder) both on the injured list, Bibee should enjoy continued security in the rotation. He's tentatively lined up for a home start versus the Phillies over the weekend.

Javier did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks over five innings against the Angels. He struck out seven.

Javier still didn't look his sharpest, but it was a decent start to his second half. Over his previous three starts, he was tagged with 18 runs in just 10.2 innings. Javier had also turned in nine straight outings with five or fewer punchouts prior to Sunday's performance. He now owns a 4.39 ERA and an 89:27 K:BB through 96.1 frames. Javier's next start is lined up to be in Oakland.

Perez allowed three runs on five hits and four walks while striking out two over five innings in a no-decision versus the Guardians on Sunday.

All three runs against Perez were knocked in by Steven Kwan. After a short outing versus Houston on July 3, Perez was skipped in the rotation before the All-Star break, and he was sloppy against a light-hitting lineup despite the extra time off. The southpaw now has a 4.84 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 62:36 K:BB through 96.2 innings over 18 starts. Perez is lined up for a tough home start versus the Dodgers over the weekend.

Sears did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on four hits over 6.1 innings against the Twins. He struck out seven.

Sears worked through four scoreless frames before allowing a pair of solo homers in the fifth inning. Entering Sunday's contest, he'd allowed two long balls over his previous 23.1 innings. Sears is quietly putting together a decent 2023 campaign; he's allowed three or fewer runs in nine of his last 11 outings, lowering his season ERA to 3.99 across 19 starts. Sears' next appearance is currently lined up to be at home against Houston.

Crawford (4-4) allowed a hit and walked four while striking out nine over six scoreless innings to earn the win Sunday over the Cubs.

It was an overall good start for Crawford, with both the walks and strikeouts being season highs. It's just the third time he's gone at least six innings this season. The 27-year-old right-hander has a 3.74 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 67:17 K:BB through 67.1 innings over 18 appearances (10 starts). He's tentatively lined up for a home start against the Mets his next time out.
