Sandoval is listed as the Angels' starting pitcher for Sunday's game against the Mariners, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

All signs were pointing toward Sandoval taking the ball Sunday, with manager Joe Maddon announcing earlier in the week that he would replace Jose Quintana (shoulder) in the rotation for the time being. Now he's officially slated to take the hill for the series finale. The southpaw has made six major-league appearances (three starts) this season, posting a 3.80 ERA to go along with a 17:10 K:BB across 21.1 innings.

Civale (8-2) picked up the win in Saturday's 10-4 victory over the Orioles, giving up four runs on seven hits, including three home runs, over six innings. He struck out four without walking a batter.

The right-hander wasn't exactly sharp, but the Cleveland offense staked him to a 7-1 lead after the top of the third inning, giving Civale more than enough cushion. Homers remain his biggest issue -- he's served up 13 in 80 innings this year -- but he's been able to limit the damage and will take a 3.49 ERA and 58:18 K:BB into his next outing.

Allard (1-2) took the loss Saturday, allowing two runs on three hits and a walk over five innings as the Rangers fell 3-0 to the Rays. He struck out six.

The young southpaw put together a strong performance, tossing 48 of 79 pitches for strikes, but a lack of support stuck Allard with the loss after Tampa Bay jumped on him for two runs in the first inning. He likely did more than enough to stay in the rotation for now, and Allard will take a 3.41 ERA and 33:8 K:BB through 29 innings into his next outing.

Hill (5-2) picked up the win in Saturday's 3-0 victory over the Rangers, allowing two hits and a walk over five scoreless innings. He struck out three.

The veteran southpaw has won two straight starts and four of his last five, and Hill extended his scoreless streak to 12 innings with this performance, dating back to the final two frames of his outing against the Royals on May 25. Since the beginning of May, Hill has a dazzling 0.68 ERA, 0.81 WHIP and 39:13 K:BB through 39.2 innings.

Stripling (2-3) picked up the win Saturday, giving up one run on seven hits and a walk over five innings in a 6-2 victory over the Astros. He struck out four.

After an 0-3 start to the season over his first seven starts, Stripling has now won two straight, allowing only a single run in each. The right-hander threw 74 pitches (42 strikes) before exiting, and he'll carry a 4.71 ERA and 43:12 K:BB through 42 innings into his next outing.

Urquidy (4-3) took the loss Saturday as the Astros were downed 6-2 by the Blue Jays, surrendering six runs on nine hits over 4.1 innings. He struck out five without walking a batter.

Homers by Joe Panik in the fourth inning and Vladimir Guerrero in the fifth were the big blows, but Urquidy simply wasn't sharp within the strike zone in his second start off the IL. The right-hander tossed 74 pitches (50 strikes) before exiting, and he'll take a 3.76 ERA and 47:10 K:BB through 55 innings into his next outing.

Means will undergo an MRI on his left shoulder Sunday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Means exited his start Saturday against Cleveland in the first inning due to shoulder fatigue. He's reportedly not particularly concerned about the issue, as he's dealt with similar issues in the past which turned out to be relatively minor. Whether or not that optimism is warranted should become clear following the MRI.

Wacha will start Sunday's game against the Rangers, Chris Halicke of SI.com reports.

Wacha made five starts in April, but he's been used as an opener or reliever since returning from the injured list in late May. Considering he hasn't covered more than three innings in any of his appearances since being activated, Wacha likely won't be asked to work deep Sunday into what may effectively be a bullpen game for the Rays.

Ober will be called up to start Sunday's game against the Royals, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Ober made a spot start for the Twins on May 18, allowing four runs on five hits across four innings. He was optioned back to Triple-A St. Paul shortly after, but is now set for another opportunity with the big club. It's not yet known how Minnesota will make room on the 26-man roster for the right-hander.

Manager Scott Servais said Saturday that Dunn (shoulder) is expected to be activated off the injured list to make his next start at some point next week, Daniel Guerrero of MLB.com reports.

Dunn was placed on the 10-day injured list June 2 with right shoulder inflammation. His last start came May 29 against the Rangers, so he's eligible to be activated June 10. It's unclear where exactly he'll slot back into the Mariners' rotation, but he seems likely to take the ball at some point during the series in Cleveland next weekend.
