Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Takes loss after failing to record an out Tuesday
Bundy failed to record an out in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Astros in the 13th inning, giving up a run on two hits and two walks.
Bundy has now surrendered at least one run in each of his last three appearances, which has caused his ERA to jump three runs. A trip to Triple-A Norfolk would probably be beneficial, but alas, Bundy is out of options.

Luis Severino SP | ATH
Yankees' Luis Severino: Will make rehab start Saturday
Severino (triceps) will make his first rehab start Saturday for High-A Tampa, the Associated Press reports.
The Yankees rested Severino for about two weeks after he was diagnosed with a mild triceps strain, but he's apparently shown enough improvement with his condition to test out his arm. Given that Severino was sporting a 7.46 ERA and 1.68 WHIP over his first seven starts, the Yankees may want the 22-year-old to complete a couple of rehab outings before returning from the DL. It's not guaranteed he'll take back a spot in the rotation from Ivan Nova or CC Sabathia once he's activated.

Nathan Eovaldi SP | TEX
Yankees' Nathan Eovaldi: Tosses six shutout innings en route to fifth win
Eovaldi (5-2) limited the Blue Jays to two hits and three walks over six innings while striking out five batters in Tuesday's 6-0 win.
The only two hits Eovaldi surrendered were singles, as the Blue Jays struggled to catch up to his premium velocity. The three walks tied a season high for Eovaldi, but he's done a much better job of limiting his free passes compared to last season. His walk rate sits at a respectable 5.9 percent over his 54.2 innings.

Chris Sale SP | ATL
White Sox's Chris Sale: Takes first loss against Cleveland
Sale (9-1) allowed six runs on seven hits and four walks with seven strikeouts as he lasted just 3.1 innings in a loss Tuesday against Cleveland.
Sale's season had been nearly perfect and he was bound to slip up at some point. This marks his first start all season in which he has failed to go at least five innings or hold his opponent to three runs or fewer, and just the second time an opponent has scored more than one run off him since April 9. Sale was still nasty -- he drew nine swinging strikes in striking out seven -- but he was wild all day and caught too much of the plate when he could find the zone. He'll look to get back on track Sunday against Kansas City.

Martin Perez SP | ATL
Rangers' Martin Perez: Earns win over Angels
Perez (2-4) allowed five hits and two walks over six shutout innings with six strikeouts in Tuesday's win over the Angels.
Perez had the Angels waving, as he induced 10 swinging strikes in just 89 pitches before the Rangers turned it over to their bullpen. He also showed sharp control, with 18 first-pitch strikes to 23 batters. Perez used a pair of double plays to escape jams and managed to strand the bases loaded to preserve the shutout in the sixth inning. Perez now has allowed two runs or fewer in five of his past six starts and has a 3.13 ERA despite a rough 37:30 K:BB in 60.1 innings.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Makes fifth rehab start Tuesday
Rodriguez (knee) allowed four hits and a walk while striking out six in seven scoreless innings for Triple-A Pawtucket on Tuesday. He threw 102 pitches, 69 for strikes.
Rodriguez's fastball velocity topped out at 92 mph, according to Alex Speier of the Boston Globe, still below the level it was last season, but this was the most confident Rodriguez has looked in his five rehab starts. The Red Sox have enough time left on his rehab clock for one more start if they want to delay a decision, but he sure looks ready right now.

Justin Verlander SP | DET
Tigers' Justin Verlander: Throws eight strong innings
Verlander (4-4) cruised through eight innings against the Phillies on Tuesday, allowing only three hits and two walks while striking out 10.
Vintage performance from Verlander against a lowly Phillies lineup. The 33-year-old didn't allow runs for the second time this 2016, and he struck out at least 10 for the second straight game. It was easily one of his best starts in recent memory.

Yu Darvish SP | SD
Rangers' Yu Darvish: To be capped at 85-90 pitches Saturday
Darvish (elbow) will be capped at around 85-90 pitches in Saturday's start against the Pirates, MLB.com's T.R. Sullivan reports.
This will be Darvish's first big league start since undergoing Tommy John surgery on March 17, 2015, and he built up to 87 pitches in his last rehab outing. If all goes well, Darvish will get 22-23 starts through the end of the season and probably won't surpass 150 innings. The team has naturally been careful not to make public any internal pitch/innings restrictions for Darvish over the rest of the season, but he is returning late enough in the season that they may not need to take any drastic measures to protect him.

Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Rays' Jake Odorizzi: Throws five scoreless innings in win
Odorizzi (2-2) allowed no runs on two hits and three walks while striking out seven to earn the win Tuesday at the Marlins.
Odorizzi threw 107 pitches to force his early exit despite keeping the Marlins off the board, and the bullpen barely held onto his three-run lead as the Rays squeaked out a victory. He's now allowed two or fewer runs in five of his last six starts, and he owns a 3.46 ERA to go along with a 1.21 WHIP.

Mike Clevinger RP | PIT
Indians' Mike Clevinger: Gives up two homers en route to first major league loss
Clevinger (0-1) pitched five innings, allowing six runs, seven hits and three walks while striking out four in Monday's loss to the White Sox.
In his second major league start, the 25-year-old right-hander was less than impressive. His propensity to give up fly balls did him in once again as he gave up two home runs, the second of which was a three-run shot by Brett Lawrie that broke open a tie game in the bottom of the fifth. Through two outings Clevinger holds an 8.71 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 9:4 K:BB. Things won't get any easier in his next start as he's scheduled to take the bump against the hard-hitting Orioles on Sunday.
