Rangers manager Bruce Bochy said Sunday that deGrom (elbow) will make his next rehab start with Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander threw 29 pitches over two innings during his first rehab outing Thursday with Double-A Frisco, and he'll continue building up his workload at Triple-A. DeGrom will likely need a couple more starts beyond Tuesday's outing before making his season debut with the Rangers as he nears the finish line of his recovery from June 2023 Tommy John surgery.

Houck (8-9) took the loss Sunday against Arizona, allowing six runs on seven hits and four walks across six innings. He struck out two.

Houck's streak of three straight quality starts came to an end Sunday, as he surrendered six runs for the third time this season -- all of which have come in his last 10 starts. During that stretch, Houck has walked three or more batters six times. He's also logged three or fewer strikeouts six times after having done so just once in his first 16 appearances. The right-hander's ERA sits at 3.23 after 158.2 innings pitched. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Tigers in Detroit next time out.

Bradley did not factor into the decision in Saturday's extra-inning win over the Dodgers, allowing six runs (five earned) on seven hits over six innings while striking out five.

Bradley cruised through the first three innings before Shohei Ohtani reached on a catcher's interference call to lead off the bottom of the fourth and was then driven in on a double from Mookie Betts. The right-hander would go on to surrender a two-run shot to Teoscar Hernandez two batters later, along with three more runs in the following frame as the Dodgers took a 6-5 lead. Bradley has now given up three or more runs in each of his last five starts, surrendering multiple homers three times over that stretch. On a positive note, Saturday marked the first outing in which Bradley didn't issue a walk since May 20 against the Red Sox (a span of 15 starts).

Singer (9-9) allowed five runs on 11 hits and struck out five without walking a batter over five-plus innings, taking the loss versus the Phillies on Saturday.

Singer was okay through five innings, but he was on the hook for a J.T. Realmuto three-run home run in the sixth. Since the All-Star break, Singer has three scoreless outings, but he's given up three or more runs in his other four starts in that span. Overall, he's now at a 3.38 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 141:40 K:BB through 146.2 innings over 26 starts. Singer is projected to make his next start at Houston.

Gray (5-5) allowed seven runs (six earned) on six hits and two walks while striking out one over two-plus innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Guardians.

Gray worked out of the bullpen Tuesday versus the Pirates, pitching two innings in that appearance. He was able to stretch out to 53 pitches (36 strikes) in Saturday's start, but he was not very effective and exited after giving up a three-run home to Jhonkensy Noel in the third inning. Gray missed nearly a month due to a groin injury, and he's still likely to be on a pitch count for the next one or two starts at a minimum. For the season, he's posted a 4.22 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 81:26 K:BB through 98 innings across 22 appearances (18 starts). Gray's next outing is tentatively projected to be at home versus the Athletics.

Lively (11-8) allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits and a walk while striking out four over 6.2 innings to earn the win over the Rangers on Saturday.

Lively snapped a three-start winless stretch, riding an explosion of offense from the Guardians to his first win since Aug. 1. He's posted quality starts in three of his five outings this month, allowing 14 runs (13 earned) across 27.1 innings. Lively is now at a 3.62 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 102:41 K:BB through 126.2 innings over 23 starts this year, which has been his best in the majors. His next start is expected to come at home versus the Pirates.

Lopez (12-8) allowed four hits and a walk while striking out nine over seven shutout innings to earn the win over the Cardinals on Saturday.

Lopez posted his second scoreless outing in a row, and this time he got enough run support to come away with the win. He has six quality starts in seven outings since the All-Star break, posting a 2.25 ERA over 44 innings in that span. Lopez's strong second half has trimmed his ERA from 5.11 to 4.26, and he's added a 1.14 WHIP and 161:33 K:BB through 148 innings across 26 starts overall. The right-hander's next start is projected to be at home versus the Blue Jays.

Kirby (9-10) took the loss Saturday, giving up three runs on nine hits and a walk over 4.2 innings as the Mariners were downed 4-3 by the Giants. He struck out three.

The right-hander failed to complete five innings for the second time in his last three starts, but only the fourth time in 2024, with the other two short outings coming back in April. Kirby exited after 95 pitches (63 strikes), and through four starts in August he sports an uncharacteristic 6.52 ERA and 1.91 WHIP despite a 20:5 K:BB through 19.1 innings. He'll look to escape the doldrums in his next trip to the mound, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend against the Angels.

Crawford (8-11) took the loss Saturday as the Red Sox fell 4-1 to the Diamondbacks, giving up two runs on three hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out three.

The right-hander was effective over 88 pitches (55 strikes), but all three hits he allowed went for extra bases and Boston hitters didn't scratch out a run until the ninth inning. Crawford has yet to complete six innings in a start since the All-Star break, and his career-high workload (147 innings and counting) seems to have caught up with him. On the bright side, he did avoid serving up a home run Saturday after getting tagged for 14 long balls in 29.1 innings over his last six starts. Crawford will look for a better result in his next outing, which is scheduled to come at home next week against the Blue Jays.

Suarez did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 3-2 win against the Astros, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks with three strikeouts across 5.2 innings.

Suarez was pulled an out shy of a quality start after surrendering his second solo homer of the game in the sixth inning. A leadoff blast by Jose Altuve in the first broke the 34-year-old's streak of 17.2 scoreless frames since joining the rotation Aug. 6, and Suarez has now exceeded 90 pitches in three consecutive outings. On the year, he owns a 3.18 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 81:35 K:BB across 102 innings and lines up for a road matchup at Coors Field next week.
