Rea didn't factor in the decision in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Diamondbacks after he gave up five runs (four earned) on seven hits and one walk over 5.1 innings. He struck out two.

The right-hander put the Brewers in an early hole by allowing a three-run homer to Ketel Marte during the second inning, but he followed that with three scoreless frames before Arizona tallied another run in the sixth. Rea has worked at least five frames in each of his past six starts and has a 4.26 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 29:10 K:BB during that span. If he remains in Milwaukee's rotation, Rea likely lines up for a matchup with the Mets early next week.

Nelson didn't factor in the decision Tuesday against the Brewers after he allowed three runs on six hits and no walks across five innings. He struck out six.

The 25-year-old was in line for the victory when he exited after the fifth inning, but the bullpen fell apart in Milwaukee's four-run seventh. Nelson tied his season high with six strikeouts and didn't issue a walk for the fourth time in 15 starts this year. He has a 5.31 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 52:26 K:BB over 76.1 innings and tentatively lines up to make his next start this weekend in San Francisco.

Verlander (2-4) was charged with the loss Tuesday against the Astros after he gave up four runs on eight hits and no walks over seven innings. He struck out five.

The veteran right-hander generated just 10 swinging strikes on 94 pitches but was mostly able to hold his former team in check, though Alex Bregman tagged him for a two-run home run. Verlander has been unable to string together strong performances this season, as he's alternated allowing one run and four-plus runs in each of his past eight starts. He now has a 4.50 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 44:13 K:BB through 52 innings this year.

Oviedo (3-7) took the loss Tuesday, allowing two runs on five hits over six innings against the Cubs. He struck out three.

Oviedo pitched well Tuesday, but the Pirates couldn't muster any run support in a 4-0 loss. Still, it was another strong effort from Oviedo, who's allowed two runs or fewer in six of his last eight starts. The 25-year-old right-hander has a 4.30 ERA with a 1.42 WHIP and 74:35 K:BB through 15 starts (81.2 innings) this season. Ovideo currently lines up for a road matchup with the Marlins in his next outing.

Suarez did not factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing a run on four hits and two walks over six innings in a 4-2 loss against Atlanta. He struck out seven.

After a rocky start to the year, Suarez has now logged five consecutive quality starts, sporting a 1.38 ERA in that span. The 27-year-old left-hander is 1-2 with a 3.50 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 42:14 K:BB in eight starts (43.2 innings) this season. Suarez will look to keep rolling in his next outing, tentatively lined up for Sunday against the Mets.

Strider (8-2) earned the win Tuesday, allowing a run on eight hits over six innings against the Phillies. He struck out nine.

It was an encouraging effort from Strider after he'd allowed 13 runs over his last two outings (nine innings). It's the 10th time in 15 starts that he's logged nine or more strikeouts. The 24-year-old Strider leads the league with 136 punchouts while recording a 3.93 ERA and 1.15 WHIP across 84.2 innings. He's currently lined up for a road matchup with the Reds in his next start.

Stroman (9-4) tossed seven scoreless innings to earn the win Tuesday against the Pirates. He allowed five hits and a walk, while striking out five.

Stroman has been exceptional lately, as that's now seven straight quality starts since he allowed six runs in 2.2 innings against Minnesota on May 14. In the seven appearances since then, the righty has a stellar 1.29 ERA and has earned the win each time out. The only thing Stroman hasn't done at an elite level this year is miss bats, as he now has 83 strikeouts across 98.2 innings. However, that hasn't been a big part of his game at the MLB level, and he should be able to maintain his success despite not overpowering hitters. Stroman will look for his eighth straight quality start and win in his next outing, which is tentatively set for Sunday against the Cardinals in London.

Perez didn't factor in the decision in Tuesday's 2-0 loss to the Blue Jays after he allowed three hits and no walks across six scoreless innings. He struck out nine.

The 20-year-old threw 59 of 80 pitches for strikes and generated 19 whiffs as he set a career high in strikeouts, though he was unable to grab his fifth win since the Marlins failed to score. Perez has surrendered just one run over his past five starts and has a 29:8 K:BB in 27 frames during that stretch. The righty has already thrown 72 innings between Triple-A and the majors this season after topping out at 77 and 78 frames the past two years, which makes his spot in the rotation tenuous despite his dominant form since the club is likely monitoring his workload.

Urias (hamstring) will make a rehab start with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Sunday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Manager Dave Roberts confirmed last week that Urias would need a rehab assignment before returning to the Dodgers' rotation, and it appears the left-hander is less than a week away from kicking that off. Assuming Urias makes an additional start in the minors, he should be ready to return in early July.

Grove is on the taxi squad, and it would be an upset if anyone but the right-hander was on the bump for the Dodgers to begin Wednesday's tilt against their crosstown rivals. The right-hander has struggled with an ugly 8.10 ERA over 30 innings with the Dodgers this year, and it'd be hard to justify him as a fantasy option even as a streamer for Wednesday's game against the Halos.
