Lopez (shoulder) didn't make his scheduled rehab start Thursday as the Marlins have elected to slow down his progression, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Lopez covered three scoreless frames in his first rehab outing last weekend and was scheduled to pitch again for Triple-A Jacksonville on Thursday, but Miami has instead pushed back his timeline a bit in a precautionary move. The right-hander doesn't appear to have suffered a setback, but it's worth keeping an eye on his status over the next few days to see if he's been cleared to get back on the mound.

Anderson (shoulder) will be activated from the 10-day injured list to start Sunday versus the Giants, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.

Anderson made four rehab appearances for Triple-A Gwinnett over the past few weeks, with his last start coming Tuesday. He covered five frames and gave up one run on three hits with nine strikeouts and two walks in the final rehab outing, so he shouldn't face significant workload limitations in his first start back from right shoulder inflammation.

Eflin (knee) was placed on the 10-day injured list Friday, Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Eflin was activated from the IL to start Thursday's game against Arizona, but he was scratched after experiencing recurring discomfort in his right knee and is now back on the shelf. The right-hander underwent an MRI on Friday and is currently awaiting the results. Matt Moore should remain in the rotation for the Phillies in Eflin's continued absence.

Darvish (7-8) took the loss Thursday in his return from a back injury, allowing four runs on five hits and a walk over six innings against the Dodgers. He had six strikeouts.

Darvish ran into trouble in the third inning, when he gave up a two-run homer to Austin Barnes and a run-scoring double to Corey Seager. Darvish allowed just one run outside of that frame and managed to run up a pitch count of 102 (67 strikes) in his first game off the IL, but he's now winless in his last nine starts, going 0-6 during that stretch with a 6.27 ERA and 12 home runs allowed in 47.1 innings.

Gray (6-6) allowed three hits and two walks while striking out six across six innings to earn the win Thursday against the Brewers.

Gray dominated throughout the outing, with his final frame the only time he ran into any real danger. He was consistently in the zone, as 60 of his 86 total pitches went for strikes. Gray has now delivered consecutive scoreless outings, and he's also allowed only four hits and four walks across 13 innings in that span. Overall, Gray has a 3.91 ERA with 124 strikeouts in 103.2 frames.

Gallen (2-7) picked up the win Thursday against the Phillies after pitching five innings and allowing no runs on three hits with two walks and six strikeouts.

Gallen delivered his second straight scoreless start Thursday, which is his third such outing of the season. The right-hander threw 103 total pitches, good for his second-highest pitch count of the 2021 campaign. Gallen will look to continue this recent success as he is tentatively scheduled to start next week at home against the Padres.

Corbin (7-13) gave up six runs on four hits and a pair of walks over three innings in Thursday's loss to Miami. He registered three strikeouts.

Miami got to Corbin early and often in this one, tagging the veteran hurler for four runs in the first inning and two more in the second. Corbin was victimized by the long ball, giving up a three-run shot to Jorge Alfaro and a two-run blast to Miguel Rojas. Corbin has won just once in his last eight starts and has given up four-plus runs in all but one of those outings. He'll take a bloated 6.09 ERA and 1.40 WHIP into his next scheduled start.

Keller (4-10) did not factor into the decision in a win over the Cardinals on Thursday, pitching 5.1 innings while allowing seven runs on six hits with three walks and two strikeouts.

The right-hander struggled out of the gate and surrendered seven runs across his first three innings, but he was able to settle in to provide some length for the Pirates. After allowing no runs to the Cardinals in his previous start, Keller struggled against Thursday, throwing only 51 of his 90 pitches for strikes. The 25-year-old will carry a 6.75 ERA into his next start, tentatively scheduled against the White Sox on the road next week.

Carrasco allowed two runs on three hits with five strikeouts in seven innings against the Giants on Thursday. He did not factor into the decision.

Carrasco turned in the longest of his six starts this season, limiting San Francisco to a two-run homer from Kris Bryant in the first inning. Carrasco stymied the Giants the rest of the way in what was easily his most effective start since coming off the IL in late July. Thursday's outing lowered Carrasco's ERA from 8.82 to 6.94, although the 34-year-old is still searching for his first win as a Met.

Mikolas (0-1) did not factor into the decision in a loss to the Pirates on Thursday, pitching 4.1 innings and allowing three runs on eight hits with one walk and three strikeouts.

In what was only his third start of the season, Mikolas allowed a season-high eight hits Thursday, one of which was a home run from Colin Moran. The right-hander threw 76 pitches in the contest before being removed in the fifth after throwing 84 in his previous start, likely meaning he won't be on any sort of pitch count going forward. Mikolas is tentatively scheduled to take the mound next week against Cincinnati.
