The LG Twins of the Korea Baseball Organization signed Chirinos to a one-year, $1 million contract Tuesday, Dan Kurtz of MyKBO.net reports.

Chirinos, 30, made six starts for the Marlins in 2024, putting up a 6.30 ERA and 25:13 K:BB over 30 innings. The right-hander will get a nice little salary bump as he gives the KBO a shot.

Atlanta re-signed Salinas (shoulder) to a minor-league contract Tuesday.

Salinas has been claimed off waivers, non-tendered and now re-signed by Atlanta on a minor-league pact this month. The 23-year-old right-hander is recovering from shoulder surgery and is expected to miss at least the first half of the 2025 season.

Brown (neck) has been cleared for a normal offseason throwing program, Sahadev Sharma and Patrick Mooney of The Athletic report.

Brown's final appearance of the 2024 season came in early June, as he was eventually shut down with a benign area of concern in his neck. However, after recently undergoing a scan on his neck he has been given the go-ahead to proceed with his regular offseason routine. Brown could be in the mix for an Opening Day rotation spot with the Cubs.

Snell signed a five-year, $182 million contract with the Dodgers on Tuesday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

After posting a 3.12 ERA and 1.05 WHIP in 20 starts during his lone season with the Giants, Snell has now earned himself a long-term deal to stay in the NL West. The two-time Cy Young Award winner will be joining an already impressive Dodgers rotation that includes Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tyler Glasnow (elbow) and Shohei Ohtani (shoulder).

The Angels signed Kikuchi to a three-year, $63 million contract Monday, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

The Angels have been aggressive early in the offseason, adding around $100 million in payroll via signings and trades. Kikuchi is their biggest get so far and adds some much-needed rotation help. The southpaw collected a 4.05 ERA and 206:44 K:BB over 175.2 innings between the Blue Jays and Astros in 2024. He was particularly good down the stretch after landing in Houston at the trade deadline with a 2.70 ERA and 76:14 K:BB across 60 frames.

The Reds currently have at least six starters who could be on the Opening Day roster following the Brady Singer trade, Gordon Wittenmyer of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. In addition to Singer, there's Hunter Greene, Nick Martinez, Nick Lodolo, Andrew Abbott and Lowder.

Greene, Singer and Martinez are shoo-ins for three rotation spots, and after that it's a little less certain. Both Abbott and Lodolo have health concerns, and Lodolo for that matter is coming off of a rough season. Lowder posted a 1.17 ERA and 1.27 WHIP over six late-season starts after roaring through the Reds' minor league system. It's plausible that they could decide he needs more time to develop, especially if Lodolo and Abbott are ready to go.

Flores was non-tendered by the Tigers on Friday.

Flores was limited to only 31 innings in 2024 due to a shoulder sprain and pitched primarily with Triple-A Toledo. He's yet to reach the majors and will seek a new opportunity elsewhere.

Brubaker (oblique) agreed to a one-year contract with the Yankees on Friday to avoid arbitration.

Brubaker began the 2024 season sidelined while recovering from Tommy John surgery. He was able to begin a rehab assignment in mid-June but that was halted by an oblique injury, and he was limited to only 16.2 innings across four levels of the minor leagues in 2024. Brubaker is expected to be healthy to begin the 2025 campaign.

The Giants non-tendered Teng on Friday, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Teng was designated for assignment by the Giants on Tuesday, and the 25-year-old will now enter free agency. Teng spent most of the 2024 campaign with Triple-A Sacramento, where he struggled to an 8.60 ERA and 1.81 WHIP over 75.1 innings. He did manage to make his major-league debut in late March, and across four big-league outings he gave up 12 earned runs over 11 innings.

Atlanta non-tendered Salinas (shoulder) on Friday.

Salinas was claimed off waivers from the Athletics on Nov. 1, but his tenure with Atlanta will come to an end after roughly three weeks. The 23-year-old logged a 3.68 ERA and 1.55 WHIP with Double-A Midland last season, and he is expected to miss the first half of the 2025 campaign after undergoing shoulder surgery in late July.
