Xander Bogaerts SS | SD
Red Sox's Xander Bogaerts: Homers for 23rd time
Bogaerts went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a double in Sunday's 10-2 win over the Yankees.
Bogaerts was on the bench two of the last four games as the Red Sox geared up for the playoffs, but he continued his hot September nonetheless. The 25-year-old finishes the regular season with a .288/.360/.522 slash line with 23 home runs and 103 RBI in 513 at-bats.

Francisco Lindor SS | NYM
Indians' Francisco Lindor: Homers, steals two bases
Lindor went 1-for-4 with a walk, a solo home run, two stolen bases and two runs scored Sunday against the Royals.
Lindor took Eric Skoglund deep in the third inning to end the regular season with 38 home runs, a new career best. His two stolen bases brought his total to 25 on the season, another career-best mark. Lindor matched, and even improved, in many areas from his breakout 2017 season, suggesting he will be a legitimate contributor across all five categories for several seasons to come.

Dee Strange-Gordon SS | WAS
Mariners' Dee Gordon: Sits out season finale
Gordon is out of the lineup Sunday against the Rangers, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Nelson Cruz, Kyle Seager, Denard Span and Ryon Healy are the only regular or semi-regular players in the lineup as Seattle wraps up its regular season. If Gordon goes unused off the bench, he'll wrap up his first campaign with the Mariners with a porous .268/.288/.349 slash line across 588 plate appearances. Perhaps most troubling, Gordon's involvement in the run game took a major hit during his age-30 campaign. After swiping 60 steals in 72 attempts with Miami in 2017, Gordon nabbed only 30 steals in 42 tries this season.

Tim Anderson 2B | LAA
White Sox's Tim Anderson: Sitting out Sunday
Anderson (knee) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Twins, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Anderson experienced knee soreness during Saturday's 8-3 loss, so it's no surprise he'll take a seat in the season finale in order to avoid a setback heading into the winter. Leury Garcia will fill in at shortstop for Anderson, who took a step forward as a fantasy asset this season with 20 home runs and 26 steals across 153 games. The 25-year-old was less productive in real-life terms, however, most notably reflected in his .281 on-base percentage.

Carlos Correa SS | HOU
Astros' Carlos Correa: Out of lineup Sunday
Correa is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles, Jake Kaplan of The Athletic reports.
Correa started the previous three games before taking a seat for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader. The 24-year-old has a .239/.323/.405 slash line with 15 home runs in 402 at-bats this season. Marwin Gonzalez will start at shortstop while Tony Kemp grabs the start in left field.

Ehire Adrianza 3B | LAA
Twins' Ehire Adrianza: Not in Sunday's lineup
Adrianza is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
Adrianza rides the pine for the second straight game as Willians Astudillo grabs another start at third base for the Twins. Adrianza could still make an appearance off the bench but currently has a .251/.301/.379 slash line with six home runs in 335 at-bats heading into the season finale.

Adalberto Mondesi SS | BOS
Royals' Adalberto Mondesi: Huge September continues
Mondesi went 1-for-4 with a walk, a three-run home run and a stolen base in Saturday's 9-4 win over Cleveland.
His sixth-inning blast off Andrew Miller proved to be the winning hit. Mondesi now has a .290/.325/.579 slash line through 25 games in September with eight homers and 13 steals, and despite not being promoted to the majors until mid-June, he's stolen 31 bases on the year. The sky could be the limit for the 23-year-old in 2019, on the field and at the draft table.

Tim Anderson 2B | LAA
White Sox's Tim Anderson: Dealing with knee soreness
Anderson is dealing with knee soreness and was removed from Saturday's game by manager Rick Renteria due to the game's cold weather, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Anderson was subbed for Jose Rondon as the White Sox took the field for defense in the bottom of the fourth. The breakout shortstop could enter the lineup for Sunday's finale, but his shareholders should watch for a lineup announcement before confirming him for their active rosters on the White Sox's final regular-season game of 2018.
-
Carlos Correa SS | HOU
Astros' Carlos Correa: Drives in two
Correa went 2-for-5 with a double, a solo home run and two RBI in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Orioles.
It's the first time since early May that Correa has collected multiple extra-base hits in one game. The 24-year-old is not in the lineup for the nightcap and entered the day with a .175/.284/.211 slash line in September.

Ehire Adrianza 3B | LAA
Twins' Ehire Adrianza: Sits out Saturday
Adrianza is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the White Sox, LaVelle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Adrianza heads to the bench after starting the last two games and going 0-for-7 with a walk and a stolen base. Willians Astudillo will start at third base as Chris Gimenez takes over behind the plate for the Twins.
