Turner went 2-for-4 with two doubles, an RBI, a walk and a run during Wednesday's 6-0 win over the Cardinals.

The 27-year-old was 0-for-8 with four strikeouts through the first two games of the series, but he returned to form and was on base three times Wednesday. Turner is 9-for-35 with two home runs, three doubles, five runs, five RBI and one stolen base through nine games this season.

Anderson (hamstring) will be in Thursday's lineup against Cleveland, according to manager Tony La Russa, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

This confirms prior reports that Anderson was trending towards a Thursday activation. He was already running at full speed Tuesday and can be plugged into weekend fantasy lineups.

Bichette went 3-for-5 with two solo home runs and a stolen base during Wednesday's 5-4 win over the Yankees.

The 23-year-old went 0-for-2 with RISP in the series finale, but he launched his second homer of the afternoon to lead off the ninth inning and deliver a walk-off win for Toronto. Bichette extended his hit streak to 11 games Wednesday and is 16-for-45 with four home runs, four doubles, 11 runs, 10 RBI and two stolen bases during that stretch.

Diaz will start at second base and bat second Wednesday against the Tigers, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

With the Astros placing five position players on the COVID-19 injured list Wednesday -- including three everyday players in Jose Altuve, Yordan Alvarez and Alex Bregman -- Diaz looks poised to handle an everyday role for time being. He'll be directly filling in for Altuve on Wednesday, though Diaz could shift over to third base if Altuve happens to beat Bregman back from the IL. The clear path to playing time in the short term along with the favorable lineup spot could make Diaz a decent speculative pickup in deeper leagues until Houston activates both Altuve and Bregman.

Crawford went 3-for-6 with a run while starting both games of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Orioles.

The previously struggling shortstop continued his ascension at the plate with Tuesday's solid day. Crawford had gotten his average up over the Mendoza Line for the first time this season with his first multi-hit effort of the season Sunday, and although all three hits Tuesday were singles and he remains in search of his first extra-base hit of the campaign, his average is now up to a respectable .256.

Rojas went 3-for-6 with two doubles, two runs scored and an RBI in Tuesday's 14-8 win over Atlanta.

Rojas led off the game with a shallow single to left and then came back the next inning to belt an RBI double to deep right-center. The 32-year-old later led off the seventh with another hard-hit double and came around to score on Adam Duvall's second home run of the night. Tuesday was a great bounceback performance for Rojas after he went 0-for-5 in the series opener, as he's now slashing .270/.325/.351 with four RBI and five runs scored through nine games. He also owns a 3:3 K:BB -- which suggests he's putting plenty of balls into play -- and it should therefore only be a matter of time before that contact translates into more hits.

Anderson (hamstring) ran the bases at full speed Tuesday and is on target to return when eligible Thursday, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Anderson has been trending toward a minimum stay on the 10-day injured list, and running full speed is another box checked. Danny Mendick has been filling in at shortstop.

Seager went 2-for-3 with a walk, a double, a home run and three total runs scored in Tuesday's win over the Rockies.

Seager finally got on the board with his first long ball of the campaign -- the first of four Dodgers home runs Tuesday. He entered this game with just one extra-base hit in his last five games, but after this showing, Seager is up to a .366 average and 1.030 OPS.

Crawford went 1-for-3 with a walk, two strikeouts and a two-run home run in Tuesday's win over the Reds.

Crawford only has six hits this season -- he's batting .171 -- but half of them have left the yard. He also has a stolen base. As the everyday shortstop for the Giants, Crawford usually bats sixth against righties and eighth against lefties.

Edman went 1-for-4 with an RBI single and a stolen base in a loss to the Nationals on Monday.

Edman's hitting streak now sits at eight games, and the RBI was his second of the season. The 25-year-old has hit leadoff in all 10 games thus far while putting in time at both second base and right field.
