Bichette went 1-for-4 with a walk, a triple and two RBI in Wednesday's 6-5 win over the Marlins.

The shortstop struck out three times earlier in the game but came through when it counted, scorching a two-run triple into the right-field corner off Miami closer Yimi Garcia in the ninth inning to tie the game up and set the stage for a walkoff win. Bichette's .262/.314/.475 slash line on the season remains below expectations, but he's been plenty productive with 11 homers, seven steals, 34 RBI and 44 runs through 54 games.

Lindor went 3-for-5 with two runs scored in Wednesday's 7-6 win over Arizona.

All three of the shortstop's hits were singles. He scored on a James McCann home run in the first inning and Pete Alonso's go-ahead RBI single in the ninth. Lindor is on a five-game hitting streak, going 9-for-23 (.391) in that span. He's beginning to warm up after an ice-cold start to his Mets career. For the year, the 27-year-old is slashing .209/.300/.316 with four home runs, 12 RBI, 25 runs scored and four stolen bases across 205 plate appearances.

Edman went 2-for-5 with a run in a win over the Dodgers on Tuesday.

Edman came home with the first run of the game on Paul Goldschmidt's ground-rule double in the first inning, and he ultimately went on to record his third multi-hit effort in the last seven games. That stretch constitutes exactly half of a very productive sample for Edman, one in which he's slashed .321/.371/.536 with six doubles, two home runs, nine RBI, four walks, three stolen bases and 10 runs across 62 plate appearances.

Baez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and three strikeouts in Wednesday's 6-1 win over San Diego.

The shortstop had three hits in the three-game series against the Padres, all which left the yard. Baez is up to 14 homers, 38 RBI, 32 runs scored and eight stolen bases through 50 games. He'll look to provide more power in San Francisco this weekend.

Berti is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Blue Jays, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Berti heads to the bench after making six straight starts -- five at third base, and one in left field, Isan Diaz is making his second consecutive start at the hot corner, and he may have overtaken Berti for primary duties at the position while Brian Anderson (shoulder) is on the shelf. Berti offers some intriguing speed (four steals in six attempts) if he's able to stick in an everyday role, but his .165 average on the season may have made manager Don Mattingly willing to explore other options.

Franco went 4-for-5 with a double, three RBI and a run scored Tuesday in Triple-A Durham's 6-5 loss to Norfolk.

After seeing a five-game hit streak come to an end Sunday, Franco got back on track with one of his better all-around efforts of the season. The 20-year-old is now slashing .299/.361/.536 with a 9:11 BB:K through 108 plate appearances, a stat line that suggests he's ready to move up to the next level. Service-time considerations will surely come into play as the Rays weigh when to call up their top prospect, and it doesn't help Franco's case that the organization already has two middle-infield prospects in Taylor Walls and Vidal Brujan who could be ahead of him in line for getting extended looks in the big leagues.

Adams (ankle) returned to action for Double-A San Antonio on Sunday, going 0-for-4 as a designated hitter in the affiliate's 12-2 loss to Northwest Arkansas.

Adams had been out of the lineup for just over a week with the ankle injury. Given that San Antonio chose to use Abrams as a DH in his first game back rather than at shortstop, he may not be 100 percent recovered from the injury, but the organization likely doesn't view the ankle issue as a major concern.

Witt has gone 6-for-12 with four solo home runs and a walk over his last three games at Double-A Northwest Arkansas.

After a sluggish start to the Double-A campaign, Witt has pushed OPS up to .799 thanks to his big surge in the power department over the past few days. The Royals' timeline for calling up their top prospect remains unclear, but Witt will make it tough for the organization to justify keeping him on the farm if he continues to rake. His power-speed combo makes him worth a speculative add for fantasy managers that have roster space.

Turner went 3-for-5 with two runs scored in Tuesday's 11-6 win over Atlanta.

After going 0-for-5 with an uncharacteristic four strikeouts in Monday's contest, Turner bounced back in a big way. The shortstop is slashing .311/.354/.500 on the year with 10 homers, 12 steals, 27 RBI and 28 runs through 51 games.

Manager Bud Black said Tuesday that Owings (thumb) has resumed playing catch and is "getting closer" to returning, Kyle Newman of The Denver Post reports.

Owings was placed on the 10-day injured list April 10 and was later shifted to the 60-day IL on April 18 with a sprained left thumb. Given that the utility man is just now beginning to play catch again, it seems fair to reason that he's at least a couple of weeks from making his return to the major-league roster.
